"You can spot the hotel sign right from the train station, which makes it super easy to find. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the stay itself was great. The room was fully equipped, very comfortable, and relaxing. I'm not sure how to describe it, but the vibe was really good?"

I had a great weekend in Geneva, and my stay at Appart-City Genève-Vernier-Aéroport went very well. The studio we had was perfect: cozy, well-arranged, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with shops nearby and very convenient public transportation to get around the city easily. The booking process was hassle-free, everything was very straightforward. The only minor drawback was the room window: it doesn't open very easily, which makes ventilation a bit difficult and causes some odors to linger longer in the room. Other than that, everything was impeccable, and I genuinely loved my stay. I highly recommend this establishment!

We had a lovely stay at Kipling Hotel. Our room was wonderful - a spacious corner room with a beautiful balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the station. We were touched when Guest Services left us a sweet honeymoon note and chocolates - such a thoughtful gesture! The only problem was our key card kept deactivating. Over the course of our week-long stay, we had to get it fixed at least five times. Despite this issue, we really enjoyed our stay.

Service was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Getting to the city center is also easy, and they even provide a free transport card, making it perfect for a layover 👍. The well-equipped gym was a big plus for me, I really enjoyed it. However, there were a couple of minor issues: the rooms in the annex building are a bit small; fitting a large suitcase can be a tight squeeze. This time, the bathroom power outlet was broken, and I initially thought the hairdryer was faulty 😂. Also, the main building, including the pool, is currently under renovation, and the front desk mentioned it's expected to be completed by September.

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They never replied to my emails, which made communication frustrating. Parking was a real problem — their own lot was full, and I had to figure out on my own where the nearest parking was, driving around in circles twice before finding a spot. The room was in poor condition and the pillows were terrible. On the positive side, the location is very convenient and the staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the issues with parking, the room, and lack of communication made the overall experience far from comfortable.

The room was spacious and very clean, with excellent facilities. The hotel's location is perfect, close to both the train station and Geneva's attractions. We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially the lady at the counter, was exceptionally nice and provided great service. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This hotel is closed to the Geneva International Convention Center that’s just within 10 minutes walking distance. Besides, there’s also bus routes such as bus no.8 that can go to the city centre for shopping and the lakeside to see the beautiful fountain. After finishing shopping and sightseeing in the city centre, it’s also okay to take the same bus no.8 to come back to the hotel.

Very well located, with many eateries around and just across the street of the train station which was very convenient for us. Room was decent, enough for a night stay but still pretty pricey. Hotel provides free public transport for foreigners so do remember to ask the reception as well :) It was a little noisy as they were doing renovation works just during the day.
