"The room and facilities were good. However, it's a shame the hotel seemed severely understaffed. Upon entering the lobby, there was no one to assist except for a single X-ray security officer. Guests had to carry their own luggage and bags onto the X-ray machine. During check-in, only one staff member was available. Furthermore, the restaurant staff at breakfast were neither welcoming nor particularly friendly."

"Had a pleasant stay with warm hospitality. The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the massive Tunjungan Mall. The room was simple and clean. The shower water pressure was a bit low, and the bathroom only had an overhead shower without a handheld option, which made it slightly less convenient. Still, overall it was a good experience."

"The hotel is great since it’s still new, so everything looks neat and clean. The room is spacious, and I especially loved the bed. The TV is already equipped with Google TV, and the cable channels are complete too. All the rooms are on the upper floors, so the view of Surabaya skyscrapers are really nice. I didn’t try the breakfast, and there wasn’t any room service menu in the room, so I can’t say anything about the food. The only downside is there’s no minimarket nearby. The Praxis building is pretty empty at the moment, just two restaurants and a coffee shop. Overall, this hotel is way better than the five-star Whiz Luxe Spazio Surabaya, and I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being one of the first guests."

"There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available.
I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable.
All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping.
Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further."

Only problem during my stay 4 night it sound from motobike scramble noisy continuously heard till all night till early morning at the hotel front side facing middle circle main road with traffic light
And room facing back also have sound problem.this music sound beat constantly all night long start 11 onward ill till morning 4.30 am .until you can hear it and follow the music all night till morning .frankly honestly during our stay we cannot sleep well because disturbing by the sound problem.
The hotel not fault only the surroundings noise make it a barely at night during sleeping.
My suggestion the owner this hotel need take drastically measures to upgrade the all windows to fixed panel glass sound proof
.I pity to staffs always try apologies for inconvenience when we tell them the problem matter i know they cannot solve the problem beyond they control.
Only the owner hotel need try sleep at hotel both side room front and back and see your self

"I stayed here for 1.5 nights before catching a tour, and checking out at 11:30pm was no problem. It's close to some city attractions and shopping malls, although crossing streets on foot in the neighborhood is dangerous and inconvenient. The room was basic but clean. Wifi was strong but air con was too weak. I had to use ear plugs at night, with lots of noisy people in the hallway. Overall, an average experience and appropriate for the price."

Don't know why it changed to another application.
On June 1, 08.00, it was informed that 1 towel was missing, only got 1, until check out it was not delivered.
Overpriced compared to other hotels. The food is only like this. Drinks are also only tea + infusion water. No juice, no milk. No snacks. No salad.

HHung Hiu TungA very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.

DDicky PranataHostel located in the middle of Surabaya city which is very affordable, walking distance from Gubeng Lama station and several tourist attractions, malls, Grand City Surabaya. Very friendly service with very cheap room rental costs, suitable for backpackers who can try it. Free breakfast is provided with toast and tea or coffee. There are also lots of rooms, very comfortable, quiet and not hot, you can use the wifi which is quite fast, the bathrooms and toilets are clean.
