"Airconditioning too warm for summer - barely got the room cool. Management need to alter the regulated temperature for different seasons. Kitchenette lacked several utensils that one would expect in kitchenette and Concierge not interested in providing missing tools. Made kitchen nearly useless. Other rooms in the Building did in fact have the utensils, when we stayed again later that week. There is no consistency to the kitchen tools, so any stay is potentially troublesome. No one checks that the customer has the proper kitchen gear to use kitchen properly."

"We stayed for a one day meeting. The main lobby area is nice and good for small teams to gather and enjoy. The meeting room was nice. The parc is very nice. The dinner was too poor in qty/set up. The main dish was just cold. We asked to warm it up, it came back kind of warm with the comment that we need to serve ourselves fast! Same comments on qty/set up for the lunch day after but main dish was warm then. The rooms are ok except the tiny window. Ok you spend more time outside than inside your room but still a room with large wall and small window doesnt feel cozy. "

"The stay met expectations. The room was comfortable and quiet, and easily accessible by public transport from Massy. There was a lack of cups for in-room breakfast, and the pillows could have been more comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs, with a supermarket and a few restaurants right next door."

"Very basic “premium” hotel for the money paid. Chipped furniture and the corridor carpets are very worn and smelly. I have stayed in nearby Hilton which is easily 5 times better and not much more expensive. It’s not convenient for train station or restaurants etc compared to Hilton either. VERY DISAPPOINTED…… I have started travel to Massy for business regularly and will definitely try everywhere else first before staying here again."

He should be fired and expelled from this hotel They don't know how to treat customers; he called the police for me. He said he didn't see my reservation, and I'm so disappointed. I'll never go there again, and I need my money back.. I need my money as soon as possible because I didn't even sleep there.
