We stayed here and broke down in the car park! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. They translated everything for us so we could get the help we needed to get our family home. I can't thank the staff enough for their support during a very difficult and stressful time. "Beautiful room and lovely hotel, the staff are not very helpful and can be very short, but the gym is lovely and there’s free water station in the lobby. You have to pay 50 euro per night fee just incase you buy anything but the restaurant was closed through out stay there’s many places to eat around there’s a train station across the road but it’s still 25/30 mins into Paris centre downland the train app and it’s easy to use"
