3 hours to get from Paris to the hotel. The kilometers are few, but 3 hours to cover them by public transport is really too much. Very small rooms and dirty bathroom. Dinner with two salads ordered from the totem present in the hotel, which also arrived without cutlery. Breakfast was with two pieces of baguette and Nutella on top of the finished jar. The cappuccino is like water. We had booked for two nights, but after the first we changed hotels.

Called the hotel to see if we could arrive at what time. I am told that it is possible if I pay by credit card. I therefore reserve two rooms with double bed via the site, which is confirmed in the confirmation email. We arrive when the reception is closed and take rooms on the computer at the entrance and after collecting the two badges we find ourselves with two bunk beds and a single bed in each room. We are very disappointed not to have the requested rooms. The rooms are clean, the bedding is OK and the pillows are a little soft. Fairly quiet place even if the bedroom doors make a lot of noise when closing. Always check that the door is properly closed, which is not always the case.

Hello I am speaking to the management of Formula 1 I reserved a room including breakfast 45 euros plus 4.50 breakfast at the Formula 1 of Igny Massif TGV I arrived on site I presented myself at reception I so everything settled by credit card the next day I showed up to have my breakfast so the guy at reception who was a different person than the day before asked me sharply if I had paid for breakfast I kindly confirmed to him yes of course everything is settled and he tells me no no sir the room is 49 euros plus 5 euros breakfast I reiterate to him that everything was settled and getting up from his chair he tells me no I look at my screen you haven't paid and you have to pay 5 euros in a nasty and contemptuous tone I didn't insist and I paid again in short this individual was very dishonest, even a crook I told him that I was going to leave immediately and then he ran up the stairs where I had to go back my belongings in the room treating me as... incredible I couldn't believe it I remind you it's still an iu hotel we must have a courteous welcome. Be careful, dear customers, not to take rooms with this person, I hope you will be careful because this hotel, if you can call it that, is not at all recommendable from every point of view, including the deplorable hygiene. I got fooled but everything pays off one day. Yours truly.

Bien situé. Il y a de quoi se restaurer autour. Parking gratuit. Bon accueil en soirée. Hôtel propre. Déco moderne. Salle de bain dans la chambre. Parfait pour se reposer et dormir un peu avant d’aller à l’aéroport à 3h du matin. Lorsque l’on quitte l’hôtel de nuit, il y a une boîte à clefs. Merci

Pour commencer j’ai réservé une chambre pour la nuit du 27 au 28 octobre la date pour la réservation à été modifié, je me suis aperçu qu’au final elle a été mise pour le 30 au 31, j’ai donc appelé pour changer de date. La personne m’a dis qu’elle avait annulé cette réservation et que je ne serai pas débité puis bien réservé pour la nuit du 27. En revanche d’après les mails reçus, la réservation n’a pas été annulée et j’ai bien été débité pour une nuit de plus. J’aimerais bien pouvoir me faire rembourser. Merci de faire le nécessaire.
