Never in my life have I stayed in a ”hotel” that does not clean the rooms or provide new sheets/towels by default. Only in condos where people rent their apartments for less and you have to maintain the cleanliness yourself. So before you decide to stay here, while seeing that this hotel is cheaper than the others, think twice. Also be careful if you rent in summer, I stayed in winter, closed windows, it was ok, livable, they give a little heat, but not too much, but read the comments about staying in summer, there is NO air conditioning, and if you open the window, you will NOT sleep, it will be very noisy because of the trains and possible mosquitoes. Trust me, summers here are super hot! I lived in this area for 6 months in summer and I know what I'm talking about... Also be careful about the tourist tax, you will have to pay it too, like in any other hotel. But other than that, my stay was nice, PROs: - the hotel staff was super nice - you have a big balcony! - I loved the kitchen, big fridge + freezer + microwave.. you can cook whatever you want, they have a lot of utensils, so don't waste your money paying for breakfast. Auchan and others are very close - The parking opposite is FREE from 4pm to 9am the next day and free all Sunday! (they don't write anything on the parkomat, free or price..) so don't rush to pay for the hotel parking if you arrive on a Saturday or afternoon. - it wasn't noisy from other rooms or the corridor, we heard people walking sometimes, maybe the hotel wasn't crowded in December, that's why it was quiet? or maybe we got the corner room, I'm not sure... - it's very close to Massy-Palaiseau train station, it's a very big and connected station, I lived here before. - your full price trip to Paris will cost you Voie ** -＞ direction CDG Airport: 4.15 euros - big bed, mattress enough for me, neither too soft nor too hard. CONS: - they change the codes so often, from the parking lot, from the main gate, it's a bit tiring - Dec 2024: They started building extra train lines right behind the hotel, so the area is a construction site, noisy... - TV is cheap and doesn't have Netflix or digital channels, just 20-30 channels - Wi-fi is sometimes bad quality and if you work you have to pay extra to get extra speed - pillows are very small in my opinion - safe is located very high, if you are short you have to climb on a chair to see in it. Overall my stay was good, I chose it for the situation of the car with the parking which is more expensive in Paris. But if I had come by train I would have chosen a hotel in the Paris region in an arrondissement.

Located out of Paris but in a nice quiet town with convenient connection to express way. Hotel staff were very hospitable and put lots of efforts to make guests feel welcome. Simple yet fresh and delicious breakfast and the hosts at the restaurant and bar are very friendly. Lauryn at the front desk was so helpful to call our car rental company as we couldn’t contact them for return so she helped us with a few possibilities even until late night. EV friendly facilities available. Will defo stay again if we will be in Saclay area. Keep up the good work guys!

A practical hotel for a short stay, clean and well-located near public transport. Check-in was basic but efficient. The room itself was simple and a bit small, but perfectly fine for the price. It offers good value for money if all you need is a place to lay your head.

Avery convenient hotel. It is next to the HEC campus and it's almost the only choice for a short visit at HEC Paris. The room is clean and the service is good.

Airconditioning too warm for summer - barely got the room cool. Management need to alter the regulated temperature for different seasons. Kitchenette lacked several utensils that one would expect in kitchenette and Concierge not interested in providing missing tools. Made kitchen nearly useless. Other rooms in the Building did in fact have the utensils, when we stayed again later that week. There is no consistency to the kitchen tools, so any stay is potentially troublesome. No one checks that the customer has the proper kitchen gear to use kitchen properly.

A well-heated hotel, a comfortable litter but a bad thing that the reception after a certain hour is automatic: I took time to understand that there was another hotel in the same chain a few hundred meters away and that I was not at the right , first!!! A ”real” quite spacious shower. A location near the motorway, but cars are not heard.

I liked my stay withis hotel. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Tgere are some construction works around. But public transport is ok.

lampu bilik kami rosak dah sampai kami check out tidak diganti walaupn kami telah memaklumkan awal...kami stay sana selama 4 hari...dan tiada kipas mahupun air cond dalam bilik...tidur dalam kepanasan di musim summer....tetamu lain tidak berhenti lalu lalang dan akan kedengaran suara orang walaupun jam telah pukul 2 pagi...dan pintu bilik lain akan sentiasa terbuka...hehehe walaubagaimana pun, staf di receptionist baik hati bg kami bilik palig bawah sbb beg kami banyak dan berat..so sukar utk naik ke bilik atas...jadi mudah utk kami access air panas / air kopi dan mesin air free flow di tingkat paling bawah....nk pegi mcd dan lidl pn jalan kaki je....anyhow, pengalaman manis bg kami....lots of love from malaysia :D
