CClaiudiuWarning! Your room will NEVER be cleaned!! your sheets and towels will NOT be replaced! you have to pay: 18 or 23 euros for room cleaning and 6 or 8 euros for new sheets + towels. These paid services are displayed at check-in but not here on trip.com, not when you book a room, nowhere...
Never in my life have I stayed in a ”hotel” that does not clean the rooms or provide new sheets/towels by default. Only in condos where people rent their apartments for less and you have to maintain the cleanliness yourself.
So before you decide to stay here, while seeing that this hotel is cheaper than the others, think twice.
Also be careful if you rent in summer, I stayed in winter, closed windows, it was ok, livable, they give a little heat, but not too much, but read the comments about staying in summer, there is NO air conditioning, and if you open the window, you will NOT sleep, it will be very noisy because of the trains and possible mosquitoes. Trust me, summers here are super hot! I lived in this area for 6 months in summer and I know what I'm talking about...
Also be careful about the tourist tax, you will have to pay it too, like in any other hotel.
But other than that, my stay was nice,
PROs:
- the hotel staff was super nice
- you have a big balcony!
- I loved the kitchen, big fridge + freezer + microwave.. you can cook whatever you want, they have a lot of utensils, so don't waste your money paying for breakfast. Auchan and others are very close
- The parking opposite is FREE from 4pm to 9am the next day and free all Sunday! (they don't write anything on the parkomat, free or price..) so don't rush to pay for the hotel parking if you arrive on a Saturday or afternoon.
- it wasn't noisy from other rooms or the corridor, we heard people walking sometimes, maybe the hotel wasn't crowded in December, that's why it was quiet? or maybe we got the corner room, I'm not sure...
- it's very close to Massy-Palaiseau train station, it's a very big and connected station, I lived here before.
- your full price trip to Paris will cost you Voie ** -＞ direction CDG Airport: 4.15 euros
- big bed, mattress enough for me, neither too soft nor too hard.
CONS:
- they change the codes so often, from the parking lot, from the main gate, it's a bit tiring
- Dec 2024: They started building extra train lines right behind the hotel, so the area is a construction site, noisy...
- TV is cheap and doesn't have Netflix or digital channels, just 20-30 channels
- Wi-fi is sometimes bad quality and if you work you have to pay extra to get extra speed
- pillows are very small in my opinion
- safe is located very high, if you are short you have to climb on a chair to see in it.
Overall my stay was good, I chose it for the situation of the car with the parking which is more expensive in Paris. But if I had come by train I would have chosen a hotel in the Paris region in an arrondissement.

牛牛牛爸The room was clean and tidy, but it was quiet, but the facilities were much less than domestic hotels (mostly in foreign hotels), the only thing that satisfied me was the water heater. The hotel is on the mountain. If you want to exercise, you can walk. Google Maps is trustworthy. Sometimes the road you are looking for is too remote. There is a 7 bus stop not far from the hotel, a total of 4 stops, the end point is near the Orsay Railway Station, it is convenient, but the late bus is only around 7:30. Breakfast needs extra extra, 12 euros a day, the taste is OK, hot cocoa is quite good.

First, the location is great, located in a quiet residential area far from the center of Paris. I personally prefer such locations.
The reception is very friendly, and check-in was quick.
The cleanliness is average and needs more attention, both in the rooms and the hallways. I even found one of the cups unwashed.
The room smells bad due to the small kitchenette inside, with an unpleasant herbal smell.
The quietness is very quiet.
Parking is available at the hotel, but for an additional fee, and is also available in public areas around the hotel.

TtorislimFor airport transfer, just call ahead and wait at the designated bus stop. It's very convenient. The last bus to Orly Airport is at 23:30. There is one bus every half an hour. Please inform the front desk in advance. The room should have been renovated and looks quite new. As a place to stay for a late flight, I think the price-performance ratio is quite high.

GGuest UserLocated out of Paris but in a nice quiet town with convenient connection to express way. Hotel staff were very hospitable and put lots of efforts to make guests feel welcome. Simple yet fresh and delicious breakfast and the hosts at the restaurant and bar are very friendly.
Lauryn at the front desk was so helpful to call our car rental company as we couldn’t contact them for return so she helped us with a few possibilities even until late night. EV friendly facilities available. Will defo stay again if we will be in Saclay area. Keep up the good work guys!

GGuest UserAirconditioning too warm for summer - barely got the room cool. Management need to alter the regulated temperature for different seasons.
Kitchenette lacked several utensils that one would expect in kitchenette and Concierge not interested in providing missing tools. Made kitchen nearly useless.
Other rooms in the Building did in fact have the utensils, when we stayed again later that week. There is no consistency to the kitchen tools, so any stay is potentially troublesome.
No one checks that the customer has the proper kitchen gear to use kitchen properly.
