"Hotel in the position in front of the sea and excellent horrible the wellness center with a swimming pool impossible to use it as it has neither steps nor a ladder to go down incomprehensible fact never seen in all the swimming pools used all over the world. The outdoor pool is very large with a small one for children, but unfortunately also this impossible to use as all the ladders instead of steps had round tubes difficult to go up and down not only for me but also for other guests."

"We stayed at this 5-star hotel during our vacation, but unfortunately, it did not fully meet our expectations. The breakfast was quite repetitive, with the exact same options every day, which became boring after a while. In addition, the food was not labeled with allergens, and many dishes contained nuts, which made it difficult for guests with allergies to make safe choices. One of our rooms had a persistent smell of urine, especially in the bathroom. We reported it to the reception three days in a row, and although they said they would inform housekeeping, nothing seemed to improve. It didn’t feel like the issue was taken seriously. The air conditioning in the same room also didn’t function properly, making the stay uncomfortable. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The sunbeds were fantastic, and the hotel had two beautiful pools in different areas. However, one day one of the pools was rented out for a private event, leaving very limited space for other guests — and there was no prior notice given. Overall, the hotel has potential, but several important areas need better management and attention to detail."

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A very special mention must go to Marlene, who was simply exceptional throughout our stay. She made a genuine personal effort to ensure we had everything we needed and always took the time to check in with us. Her knowledge, advice, and recommendations on local customs, places to visit, and the dos and don'ts of the area were invaluable and helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. Kevin was also excellent and provided great support whenever needed, but Marlene truly stood out for her dedication, warmth, and attention to detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her friendly approach made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. Marlene is a real asset to the hotel and a perfect example of outstanding customer service. She played a huge part in making our stay such a memorable one.
