Ventus Harbor Hotel

We stayed at the Ventus Harbor hotel in Durres in January, a 4-star hotel, compared to the quality of the services it offers it does not deserve more than 2 stars. As soon as we arrived at the reception there was no one there, despite the presence being guaranteed 24 hours a day; but it was not a rare occasion because during the 3 days of stay the reception was often without operators. We were given a room which was small and the bathroom was flooded, the cleaning lady came to dry it but after 5 minutes it was flooded again. They changed our room but the situation hadn't changed. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet but instead you had to constantly ask for food. These were 3 days to forget, the reservation included a spa with related services and instead there was none of this; the receptionist told us that an indoor pool was available at another property 100 meters away. Experience to forget.

Unser erster Stopp auf der Reise durch Albanien und wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang (zB Balkontür nicht aufbekommen - wurde uns sofort gezeigt), das Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon zum Meer ist der absolute Hammer und wir genießen es sehr. Frühstück total lecker und der Fitnessraum super: wenn Durres, dann Ventus

Hotel certe original sur la mer mais il faudrait le rénover un peu, peinture qui s'écaille, humidité dans les placards des chambres. Nous devions y passer 4 nuits mais nous sommes partis avant car il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et aucune démarche n'a eté faite pour remédier au problème. Apres maintes négociations ils ont accepté de ne pas nous faire payer la nuit que nous n'avons pas passé la bas mais aucun geste commercial pour l'eau. Dommage !!!!!!

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per passare una settimana di vacanza a Durazzo, credendo che fosse un intero hotel posto in mezzo al mare. Purtroppo mi ero perso la descrizione e approfondita perché, effettivamente, è sul mare ma ha solo 6 camere ai bordi della struttura. Tutto il resto dello spazio è adibito a ristorante bar ed il piano sopra sarebbe una sala ricevimenti. Comunque, la nostra camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, peccato che tutto quello spazio era inutilizzabile, perché privo di supporti per mettere le valigie, in bagno senza un appoggio per il beauty. Dovrebbero arredare tutto lo spazio inutilizzato per renderlo ottimale. Siamo comunque stati trattati bene, il personale alla reception sempre sorridente. Essendo una struttura in mezzo al mare, è vero che potreste avere difficoltà a dormire per le onde che si infrangono sulla struttura. Ma dipende dalle condizioni del mare. Da organizzare meglio la colazione: non c’è un buffet ma un menù cartaceo che comprende solo piatti per una colazione salata. Non vi sono elencate le bevande tanto che, se volevamo qualcosa che non rientrasse nel menu bevande immaginario, lo abbiamo dovuto pagare extra. Un po’ più di organizzazione e può essere perfetto.
