Lorenzo Hotel Dallas, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The location is great, and the hotel is clean. However, we were not informed that construction would start at 5 AM right outside our window. It was impossible to sleep, and there were many unhappy guests. The only thing they did was waive the $20 parking fee. They claimed the information was on their website, but we didn't book through the website, nor could we find any construction info there. Even if it was, guests should be notified upon check-in. We only stayed one night, but some people were staying for a week! At the restaurant, we were initially not allowed to eat breakfast at a table after breakfast hours. We had ordered our food and were sent to the lounge area, where eating and drinking are prohibited. There were still people eating in the dining hall, and tables were available. After three requests, they finally allowed us to eat at a table. Overall, if you take the construction out of the equation, the hotel is decent, but not this time.

The interior is cute! It's easy to get in and out of taxis. The amenities, such as water, seemed good. I would have liked a microwave. The room was spacious and overall clean.

The hotel is fine but it's not located in the center

30 minutes from the airport. A little distance from the city center. The surrounding area is a bit deserted. The size of the hotel room and the bedding are OK. No disappointment or surprise. Value for money
