I stayed here on business from March 18-23, 2013. I originally booked a one bedroom business suite and then upgraded to a two bedroom business suite. It is in a great location in a secure Makadi area. There is an entrance to Glorietta mall, close to Greenbelt mall and some coffee shops. The room is spacious and the view is very good. The pool is large. The staff is very polite. Hotel channel shows images of people entering and leaving the hotel in the reception area (you can see it when you are bored) The buffet is rich in variety and has a great influence in Asia. Language has never been a barrier. Continue to give water bottles. There are hundreds of channels to choose from on the TV in each room. There are audio sockets and alarm clocks. The elevator is always available. The staff is constantly greeting you.--- I booked a non-smoking room but upgraded to a smoking room. The building looks like an apartment building in communist country, it is gray and depressing. The entrance is annoying, you need to go up to the sixth floor and walk to another elevator. The furniture and carpets are worn out. The air conditioning is in the master bedroom, making the room look noisy. No free Wi-Fi available (84 pieces). It is difficult to get a taxi in front of the hotel and you need to walk to the bustling taxi area. The breakfast buffet is expensive. The hair dryer is inferior. The shower head is a bit faulty.

Was a good stay, although we have to shift room due to Aircon issue. Also the room maid did not do such a good job cleaning the room last 2 nights.
Location is good.
Some friendly front desk except for the staff named Molly (gave us a annoyed facial reaction) nonetheless we recommend Sam and Charisse.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were spotless. My only complaint was, that even if I specified that I didn't want to be disturbed, they would call repeatedly on the phone to check if I needed cleaning service. If I didn't answer the phone they could call repeatedly until they got an answer.

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. We got to practice our ASL (American Sign Language) which works for the Philippine Sign Language!

I was surprised and confused about the lack of WiFi which they said had ‘just’ gone down but couldn’t say when it was planned to be fixed. Then I was given a different/lesser room from what I booked and they weren’t able to fix the situation. And then I got bitten by bedbugs and had to slather myself in bug repellent to get to sleep and hope my protocols kept me from getting infested. Stay away for the time being.

Recent weekend experience was astounding as we checked in at KL EXECUTIVE GREENBELT and booked 1 Queen Executive Room at 10D unit. We were met by Joven at the lobby with a warm welcome as we headed to our room without waiting for check in at the reception. This was a very convenient way. Upon entering the room, We were impressed and amazed as room was spacious and clean. Design was minimalist with aesthetic interior furnish with Sofa Bed, Queen Bed, Office Table and 2 seater Dinning Table, Also noticable was the Smart TV , Quiet Cool Aircon, Mini Ref which includes freebies at the mini bar. Cooking and Kitchen Utensils were also provided. Bed was soft and comfortable, Sheets were clean and fresh, Pillows were fluffy and abundant, The comfort room has hot and cold shower, strong water. Toiletries and Fresh towels were also included. In this Hotel, they also have amenities which you can enjoy like the swimming pool, sauna, gym and a restaurant at the ground floor. Parking were also free and arrange with convenience. Within the vicinity, you can also enjoy walking at the park and a few distance at the Greenbelt Mall. ATM and 711 is just around the corner. Also on Sundays, there is a Legazpi Market nearby which sell food and delicacies. To finalize my review, our stay at KL Queen Executive was Amazing. From the comfortable accommodations and convenient location to the attentive service of Joven and the hospitality of Mr. Andrew (the owner), this property truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to families and travelers seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in Makati.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. I booked it as a transit point between Moscow and the islands and was pleased with the location and price. 7eleven and cafes are within walking distance. GGuest UserSpotless, immaculately clean hotel, newly opened in the area. The room was a bit tight, but still comfortable. Camille at the front desk accommodated us for an early check in for a fee. She was very attentive and would take the time to engage us in conversation with her cheerful smile. Staff would greet us including the security guards who would extend a helping hand. Our accommodation didn’t include breakfast, but it was arranged quickly. Just to note: I indicated (Do Not Disturb DND) in the room request, however, upon returning to our room after watching a movie, I found out that the housekeeper made up the room. I would’ve preferred not to let anyone else have access to the room during my stay. I forgot to mention this to Camille during check out. To me, this was an extremely important part of our stay, because the preference of the guest must be honored at all times. Overall, stay was safe, nice and pleasant.

This place became “my home” for 21 days and it definitely has a special place in my heart. There are lots of restaurants nearby, that’s a plus. When I visit the Philippines again, I’ll definitely come back here, even if it’s just for a couple of days.

With family members coming from various locations in the Philippines to flying in from different overseas countries, we selected Privato Makati as it is within walking distance to our families house. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the entire Privato Makati staff as well as the Privato Group to help accommodate our family during our time of mourning. I know it could not have been easy to handle various room changes, extensions, and allowing our family to use the Amalfi restaurant tables after restaurant hours so we could eat as a family. I would individually like to express my appreciation to Niña and Angela at the front desk. Niña absolutely went above and beyond explaining answers when we had a mix up with room reservations. Once again, thank you Privato Makati staff and the Privato Group.

We got there early because of my surgery, and they were very generous to accommodate us. Now the room—- it is more than what you pay for! I promise you that their affordable rate offers every necessity you would need. The room is very spacious with cooking and dining area, it’s clean and cozy. I rested after surgery with peace and calmness! Their bathroom is super clean with complete amenities! Even the bed is so soft, comfy and white! I love everything about Sphere! Thank you so much and i’ll be back soon!

GGuest UserThe condo hotel has a great location near shopping & business district. The condotel itself is old and tired looking. The room was basic, clean, functional but the towels were old & worn. Thankfully the AC & fridge worked well. As in all hotels I’ve been too in the Philippines, the staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. There’s visible security staff always present at the small lobby which I thought was unusual for a no frills condotel. Overall, I would recommend Princess Plaza as a good value if you’re looking for a no-frills, functional room close to the shopping centers.
