"We were welcomed warmly by the staffs, with cold desserts during a hot day, after a long journey. Parking was available for guests, easy access, lowered car friendly. Every staffs was friendly. Lovely atmosphere all around. Nearby Jonker Street and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious, a variety of food choices, buffet and ala-carte. Room was clean and spacious. Staff set up aroma candle during evening time too, room smells great, and they cleaned up the room a little while at it too. Overall excellent service! Highly recommended place. Thank you!"

"We had a great family stay at this hotel in Melaka. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Red House and Jonker Street. The hotel has beautiful Nyonya-inspired décor with modern touches. We loved the welcome drink and free canvas bag, and the option to customize it with stickers was fun. There are also VR games and a claw machine for entertainment. Our Superior Family Room was clean and spacious with two large beds. The projector TV and automatic curtains were the kids’ favorite features. Bathroom amenities and a hairdryer were provided. The only downsides were a short flight of stairs leading to our room, which made carrying luggage slightly inconvenient. The free parking lot is about a 5–8 minute walk away, so it’s better to drop off luggage at the entrance first. Overall, friendly staff, great location, and a stylish, comfortable environment. A very enjoyable stay, will recommended for families!"

"The hotel is located right in the heart of Melaka City, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. It’s only about 12–15 minutes (around 10–15 km) from the Ayer Keroh Toll and roughly 6–8 minutes away from Jonker Street, very convenient for both drivers and those who prefer short rides around town. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was very friendly and polite. I really loved the room as it was spacious, modern, and well-kept, probably because the hotel is still new. There was even a sofa bed that could comfortably fit one person. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but the nasi lemak sambal was really good. Parking was also hassle-free ,they validate your ticket once for your entire stay, so you can go in and out easily. There are also plenty of food options nearby, which makes the location even better. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Melaka."

"We arrived at the hotel very late, but checking in wasn’t a problem at all. Even though it was past check-in time, we were still able to do self check-in with the help of the security guard. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, which I was so thankful for,my husband and I had been driving all day and were way too tired to deal with any hassle. The room was super tidy and clean when we got there. And when I say clean, I mean 5-star hotel kind of clean.I absolutely loved it. It was also really quiet, and we had a peaceful night’s rest. During checkout, the receptionist actually called one of the staff to check the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. It helps avoid the stress of forgetting personal stuff. They also have designated parking just for hotel guests, and it’s guarded by security, which is a big plus. Oh, and I loved the decor,really artsy and gave off a classy, expensive vibe. They also have board game rentals for you to enjoy while staying at the hotel, which I thought was a fun and cozy touch."
