Amazing Stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hi, I’m Aida from Room 2138. I stayed at Hatten Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised that no deposit was required during check-in, which made the process even more convenient. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel was quite crowded during my stay, probably because of the Merdeka celebrations and school holidays, but the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The only minor downside was that the lifts could get quite crowded, but honestly, that was just a small issue compared to the overall great experience. The location is also a huge plus—very convenient and strategic. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

The pipe head is loose. Be careful when open or close the pipe head. The pillow fabric has a dirt spot. The cleanliness of room needs improvement. The hairdryer cannot open. Exchange the hairdryer with another hairdryer. No water bottle. Collect slippers from the counter at level G. The staff is helpful. Free car parking but it's limited. Better bring own towel.

The breakfast was great, and the stay was comfortable. It's also reasonably priced, perfect for business trips. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and late-night food stalls, which is very convenient! I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip!

The Shore Hotel & Residences, Malacca — Review (Rating: 4/5) Breakfast: Average overall, but serves good, typical local Malaysian dishes. Bathroom & Amenities: The toilet is clean, though the interior design feels a bit old-fashioned. The hot water in the shower was a letdown, as it didn't get hot enough. Service: Stayed for 2 days without any room service provided. Overall Experience: A decent 4 out of 5 stay—good for a short trip if you enjoy local breakfast options, but there is room for improvement regarding room maintenance and daily housekeeping.

Had a short 1 night stay, last min booking. Main reason I choose to stay here is due to availability of parking. TV is a Google TV that can play any media via USB, if you have one. WiFi in the room is complimentary for guests, but speed wise is not the best, I ended up using my mobile data for better experience. Hot water is consistent and pressure is good, however the room I stayed in had an issue with the drainage which makes you stand in a puddle of water while showering. They provide toothbrush and shaver, which is good. However, if you need to use their iron, they only provide the basic iron without steam function. Not ideal for business travelers, lucky for me my shirt already ironed from home. What I don’t like about the room is they don’t have master switches on the bedside for you to switch of the lights. The master switches is located at the wall near the keycard insert. Breakfast starts at 7am the earliest, and the choices are okay. Their teh tarik is good though. But their room rate is really competitive, so can’t complain much for the price paid.

Overall, I really liked this hotel with its strong Nanyang (Southeast Asian) charm. From the exterior to the room decor, everything felt great. It's within walking distance to attractions and close to the TBS bus station, just a fifteen-minute drive away. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy about: 1. I didn't realize beforehand that breakfast here is à la carte and only starts at 7:00 AM. It also takes a while for the food to be prepared. Since we had already booked our bus back to Kuala Lumpur for 9:00 AM, there was no time to eat. It was a shame, and we couldn't get a refund either. The staff kindly packed two boxes of bread for us, but for a breakfast costing several hundred for four people, it wasn't worth it. If you want to enjoy breakfast properly, definitely plan your time carefully. 2. We were three adults and one child, but we were required to book two rooms. Even though the rooms were spacious, we couldn't add an extra bed. 3. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors showering and flushing the toilet at night, and it was quite noisy. 4. We were charged 600 RMB for the two rooms upon check-in. I paid with a credit card, but upon check-out, I was told the refund would take 15 business days to be credited back to my account. That's quite annoying.

Definitely will repeat memang selesa dan location memang dekat with everything !! cuma nak bagi feedback sikit for ironboard tak sesuai la ironboard macam tu dah la cuba nak tegakkan susah. kerusi ada yang macam nak patah dah longgar so kitorang tak guna kerusi tu takut rosak nnt kitorang yang kena. Mungkin boleh perbaiki barang yg sedia ada. Almari bilik bawah juga. Hair dryer berfungsi dengan baik. Aircond semua okay. Katil semua memang bersih dan selesa. Overall semua okay!

From a tiny 15sqm 'birdcage' in Singapore costing over 600 RMB, to a spacious 50sqm suite in Malacca for just over 200 RMB – it's like going from hell to heaven! I specifically booked this suite because it explicitly mentioned having a washer and dryer, and it was totally worth it! The only minor drawback was the lack of slippers. The hotel I'm staying at today in Port Dickson also doesn't provide slippers. Do they expect international travelers to carry a pair of slippers with them everywhere they go?

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and we highly appreciated the water dispenser at the lobby. Jonker street is also within walking distance. Staff was nice and attentive and we like the little jingle when we open the lobby door.

The environment is very comfortable... it's perfect for a stay... and it's also very close to tourist attractions... I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit... it's really, really comfortable and convenient.
