"Hotel is less than 10mins on foot to Yinbing Rd MRT (Line 2). Bed and pillow are comfortable that in the end we bought pillows from the hotel. Concierge staff and housekeepers provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are washing machines and dryers in the hotel. The staff will help to put the clothings into the dryer after the washing has done, and folded the clothings after the drying. One plus point, you can check the washer/dryer availability through the tv before going down to do the laundry. Breakfast is good, at least main dishes are not repeated. I like the oat soya milk dispense from the machine. Though the hotel deserves a 5* rating but I would like to give 2 suggestions to the hotel - to have a bench for the luggage otherwise we have to sit on the floor to pack the luggage. Second, to have more lighting points or replace some dim lights to white lights. Lastly, when you exit the hotel and turn left, there is a Cha Yan Yue Se. Besides Cha Yan, there is a local eatery selling noodles which is very good."

"The location is very strategic, go out for east exit of Changsha South Railway Station, when facing the road, turn left and will see the hotel side. Also near the Maglev Entrance side in order to go to the airport. The room is clean but a bit humid due to some wet carpet on the floor and still see some hair on the shower room. Nevertheless, there is smart toilet like in Japan. Breakfast is fair. Overall, it’s acceptable."

"The hotel rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service. The location is very convenient, as it is extremely close to the subway station—just a few steps from Exit 1 of Line 1 to the hotel elevator, making it easy to get anywhere. Between 8 PM and 9 PM, complimentary sweet soup is offered. The only inconvenience is that there is no place to hang the bath towels. After showering, one has to open the door to retrieve the towel. Additionally, the room's air conditioning is centrally controlled and tends to be very cold. However, it is better at night when the temperature is adjusted to a more comfortable level."

"This hotel is conveniently located near metro station and within many attactions and street shopping. The Young Mao Monument is just 3 stations away. The room is very spacious and clean. The housekeeper is very meticulous in cleaning the room and friendly too. The front desk staffs are super helpfull and at many times will to go the extra mile to help to ensure our stay at the hotel as enjoyable as possible. "The staff was super nice and made good effort to communicate in English, there was always a good English speaker around. In general, very kind people. The rooms are comfortable, large and with a premium feel. If you can, get a room with a good window view as you can get unique scenes of the cityscape at night. I also got a room a upgrade, and staff was flexible for a one night extension. The restaurant is also very good (and the Jasmin Tea). Thank you very much!!"

"Everything was great! The room is tidy, there’s many amenities, the breakfast has some options but js all good food and you cannot complain. The bath is spacious. It’s not too far from the metro station and we figured it was much cheaper than similar places we looked at by Wuyi square. On the way out we were surprised (as we didn’t read the small print) that they will deliver our things to the station for us, one of the best stays I’ve had in China!"
