"My overall experience at the Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a package receiving service, which is very convenient for travelers. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, patiently assisting with any questions or issues. The hotel's location is truly excellent, close to a subway station, and surrounded by a wide variety of dining options, making both travel and meals incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit warm during winter (December 13-19), and adjusting the air conditioning didn't seem to make much difference. However, I later discovered that opening the window for ventilation cooled the room down immediately. The curtain design is also very thoughtful, with two layers: a fabric curtain and a paper shield. By opening the fabric curtain and closing the paper shield, you can have both natural light and privacy. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"This hotel was my choice after my flight was delayed. First off, I want to give a high rating to the service, and a special thanks to Vivian at the guest service center for her thoughtful arrangements and excellent service! The hotel's location is also great, the room view is nice, and the restaurant food really suited my taste. Plus, there's a 24-hour shuttle service, which is convenient and quick. Highly recommend!"

"I was very satisfied with my choice of this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for getting anywhere. Dengshikou subway station is only 300 meters away. Wangfujing is a 10-minute walk, offering a wide selection of food and shopping. The Forbidden City is just over a 20-minute walk. The hotel's heated pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym are all fantastic facilities. I stayed for four days and swam almost every day. The staff cleaned our room very thoroughly every day, and knowing there were four of us, they provided enough bottled water for us to drink. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful, and the children were very excited. Some young people specifically came to take photos, which I think is perfectly fine and didn't affect our stay. I support the hotel's approach, allowing more people to share in the joy."

"I recently stayed at the hotel and had a truly wonderful experience, which was largely thanks to two exceptional staff members. First, I must give my highest praise to Front office Manager, Ms. Chen Yan. She was not only professional and efficient but also exceptionally warm and thoughtful. From the moment I checked in, she made me feel completely at home with her genuine care and attention. Her assistance and local insights were invaluable, setting a perfect tone for my entire stay. Secondly, a huge thank you to Ms. Jiang Qiuhua from the housekeeping team. Her meticulous attention to detail was remarkable—the room was always immaculate, cozy, and refreshed. Her hard work and quiet dedication made returning to the room each day a real pleasure. Both individuals went above and beyond to create a comfortable and memorable experience for me. Please convey my sincere appreciation to them. We q I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return."

"We booked three family rooms when my parents and my sister with her family came to visit us in China. Beijing was our first stop on our leg of showing the family around China. The hotel had arranged two rooms for us that we got straight away when we arrived in the morning, even though we got there very early, and we got the third room in the afternoon. The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is close to the shopping street, shopping mall, restaurants, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning, since small details are overlooked during the cleaning process."

"My last visit here must have been 30 years ago, what a childhood memory! This established five-star hotel has a charm that new hotels just can't replicate. The Christmas atmosphere was incredibly rich! Kella (I hope I spelled that right) contacted me the day before to confirm my check-in details and upgraded my room. The upgraded room type seems to be newly renovated; although it's not huge, it's very new, completely odorless, and extremely clean. The room size isn't large, but the design cleverly uses mirrors to create a visual extension, making the entire space feel very open. The floor was incredibly quiet; no one was shouting or running around in the hallways in the morning or evening, so I slept really well. The included breakfast buffet had a rich variety of options, and the best part is it ran until 11 AM – that's fantastic and so considerate! Kempinski's Black Forest cake is still consistently delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful memory."

"Pros: 1. Close to the airport with shuttle bus service. 2. Plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. 3. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. 4. Didn't have breakfast, but they provided a breakfast bag with lots of bread, milk, yogurt, and fruit. 5. Ample hot water for the shower. Cons: 1. Poor soundproofing in the room; I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway and next door. 2. The slippers and tissues were of very poor quality, extremely thin. 3. The air conditioning in the room wasn't effective; it got a bit cold at night. 4. To get a room upgrade, I had to add them on WeChat and give a 5-star review. 5. For a hotel of this caliber, it was disappointing that the in-room coffee was instant."

"The Regent Beijing is perfectly located in Wangfujing, close to major attractions like the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the National Museum, Temple of Heaven, and Beihai Park, all accessible by foot or shared bike. The Dengshikou subway station is right outside the hotel, making travel by metro incredibly convenient. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. Our high-floor room offered views of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. Waking up to the sights along the central axis in the morning was incredibly pleasant, and we also enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the evening. The breakfast was also very generous, featuring a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, including some Beijing local snacks. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Beijing, especially if I'm exploring the central axis area."

The thoughtful small gift at check-out was the cherry on top. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! Отличное место! Очень удобное расположение отеля. MmindyTThis hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

LLuoyeThis hotel, located near Qianmen, boasts exquisite decor and a tranquil, elegant ambiance. They offer complimentary traditional costumes for guests to try on and take photos, with a professional partner photographer who captures stunning shots within the courtyard. The facilities are very practical: the rooms are well-heated, and the hot water supply is stable, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The service is attentive and thoughtful; front desk staff proactively helped with opening doors and carrying luggage, and provided warm ginger tea upon check-in. The lobby offers free fruits, snacks, and hot beverages all day, which is very convenient. They also thoughtfully display the daily flag-raising and lowering times at Tiananmen Square, which is very useful for tourists. Transportation is convenient, with Qianmen subway station just a 5-10 minute walk away, making it easy and time-saving to visit various attractions by metro. The breakfast selection is rich, even featuring Beijing specialty snacks like Douzhi (fermented mung bean milk) and Jiaoquan (fried dough rings) for those interested in trying local flavors. Overall, this is a distinctive hotel, perfect for travelers looking to experience the charm of old Beijing while enjoying comfortable and convenient accommodation. Highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserThe lobby completely breaks away from the traditional, stuffy hotel check-in experience. The moment you step in, you're enveloped by a strong retro-chic vibe. * **The Ultimate Social Hub:** Not only does the lobby have a professional coffee bar and a bistro, but there's even a billiards area! Grabbing a drink and playing a few rounds with friends here in the evening truly sets the mood. 🍸🎱 * **Design Details:** The walls are adorned with musical instruments and sports gear, plus there are super cute blue rabbit art installations – every snap is picture-perfect. The dopamine-inducing color scheme instantly lifts your spirits. * **High-Tech Touch:** The self check-in kiosks are incredibly futuristic, and there are even little robots zipping around the lobby delivering items, balancing efficiency with fun. 🤖 This isn't just a hotel; it's an exciting urban living room!

MM512235****This hotel is absolutely amazing! We were able to store our luggage a few hours early, which was super convenient coming straight from the high-speed rail station. The room itself was huge, easily accommodating four people. My friend and I had so much space we could practically roll around in it! It was very spacious and comfortable, with two tables, and the hygiene was excellent, with complete and high-quality facilities. They didn't rush us to check out even though we woke up late, which was incredibly thoughtful and human-centered 🥹. Most importantly, it was only a little over 200 yuan a night, and it's so convenient to get everywhere. The value for money is absolutely fantastic (^_^)v! Even my friend, who studied in Beijing for four years, couldn't stop raving about this place!

TTheGrandExperienceThe hotel name is a little misleading as the name outside doesn’t actually say “the yard hotel”… it says “Pierre Palace Hotel” so it can be a little confusing to find the first time you arrive. It is very close to the Entrance of Qianemen Ave Security checkpoint where your didi driver will drop you off and you will have to walk a short 100 meters to get to the hotel, which is directly across from Lawson’s Convenience store. The location is 10/10  on the bustling street of Qiananmen Ave. Do not miss your chance to go to Michelin star “Quan de Jude” Roasted duck restaurant, which is well known in Beijing and just down the street. The staff here are very helpful, especially Mr. Zeng who is able to speak Cantonese and help provide us with instructions and information. If you need to communicate in English only, a translator app will help tremendously. We love the style and decor of this hotel, it has a classic yet charming interior. We originally booked an inside room without windows, but during the check-in process, they offered a room with windows with better ventilation at no extra charge for our comfort. The only downside is that they do not have an on-site restaurant. If you booked a room with free breakfast, they will give you a breakfast voucher and you go to another hotel nearby. You can also have the option for them to deliver the meal to you at 7 or 8 AM And they will hang it on the door knob of your room without knocking to disturb you. The breakfast menu selection was not our favourite. If we return to Beijing, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

__WeChat12260****This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Beijing, offering great value for money. For just over 200 yuan, to get a location and amenities like this... what more can you ask for? The 40-square-meter room is spacious enough, and the 2-meter bed is plenty big. While the decor isn't brand new, it doesn't feel old or run-down. The breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes good. I was very happy with the service; even when I had the 'do not disturb' sign on, the housekeeping staff would hang disposable toiletries and bottled water on the doorknob daily. In particular, the lady at the front desk during the day shift and the younger gentleman were incredibly accommodating and their demeanor was pleasant. My only minor complaint is about the night shift gentleman; his tone of voice, inflection, and expression all conveyed a cold indifference, as if he absolutely hated being on this 'lousy shift'.

GGuest UserI had the best experience in terms of staff going above and beyond. My girlfriend didn't bring her laptop charger thinking we can buy a powerbank in Miniso with the capable power but it turned out they only sell powerbank for cp. The staff suggested to download ******* app and we can order a powerbank with higher wattage and be delivered within an hour and since we didnt have a Chinese phone number, he typed in his number and we were able to order the powerbank. We were also able to order food using his number haha. He also gave us tip when riding didi, so we didn't have a hard time booking one. In terms of facilities, I didn't like the bed because it's too firm for me, they didn't have a hair blower, can't enjoy the tv as it's all in Chinese. Daily cleaning of room is a plus and replishment of bottled water and slippers. In terms of location, it's near Dongsi station but there's no convenience store around the area. Overall, it's still a good experience.
