"The hotel is located in the Pratunam area, right next to a 7-Eleven where you can grab a custom slushie. Just across the street is the famous Pratunam Chicken Rice, which is delicious and affordable. A bit further down the road is Big C, making shopping very convenient. The hotel is quite large, divided into A and B towers. To get to Tower B from the lobby, you need to go to the 11th floor and cross a skybridge. There are a lot of people, so waiting for the elevator can be time-consuming. The breakfast is excellent, though it also gets crowded. Other than that, everything else is great."

"Ok hotel for the price. If you’re on a budget and want to be close to the markets then this is a good option. I had booked the deluxe room. Got it in the 16th floor. The first room was a connecting. I had just booked one room. The first night no one stayed in the other room. The second night someone had checked in and was playing extrekt loud music. So the hotel moved me further down the hallway. So I’ll be comparing two rooms. The check in was smooth. A bit of a hassle to find the elivator to the hotel since the taxi had left me in the basemen parking. The room was ready when I checked in at 13.20. The hotel was old but really well kept was my first thought when I got the first room. There was a scent in all the hotel. And the room was clean and everything worked as it should. The second room was less well kept. The shower rack was a bit tilted. The flush for the toilet didn’t work properly. And was a bit more stains here and there. In all I just stayed for 3 bights so didn’t want to bother too much with complaints. The pool area was not in a way that I felt like I wanted to use it. A wonderful massage at reception level. So that is a plus. Climate control in the room was either really cold or firm ac off. The ac would make a really loud noise all the time."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway. As soon as you enter, staff members are there to help with your luggage. The hotel lobby, in particular, is decorated very luxuriously. The front desk attendant was also very fair about the order of arrival; when someone tried to cut the line, he would tell them to wait. That was really great!"

"The location is really good and convenient—close to many places, and I usually just took a Grab whenever I went out. The room was very spacious, and they cleaned it every day. I also really liked their swimming pool. During my alone time, I would go up and have a swim. 🏊♀️😊 The staff were respectful, friendly, and kind. ❤️ They also have a money-changing machine and an ATM, which is very convenient if you need to exchange money or withdraw cash. "The location of the hotel is quite convenient, near to all the major shopping centers in Pratunam area. However, there is on going construction just outside of the hotel, causing major headache for the grab to come. Another point is that there water heater somehow is not working after 1 day, as we do not have hot water for shower for the last 2 days of our stay."

"If the room rate is the same, there are definitely other choices. The housekeeping staff and lobby concierge teams are nice. However, the front desk staff seems to need more training. When I arrived at midnight to check in, the staff claimed my booking was canceled by Trip.com at 11:00 AM that same day morning, and she was very confident about it. Hearing this shocked me because I have used Trip.com for almost 16–18 years and have never had this kind of issue happen to me, though I understand that sometimes these things can occur in real time. However, the staff didn't do anything to help—she just informed me of this message. While I was contacting the Trip.com CS team and waiting for someone to help me, she suddenly told me she found my booking. Is this a late-night joke? When I checked out, there were two staff members on duty, one senior and one junior. The junior staff member told me to wait a moment for the room check, so I went to the lobby coffee shop to get a drink and sit for a while. However, no one informed me about the check-out status for at least 8 to 10 minutes. I don't mind waiting for the result, but the staff should at least let me know how long it will take. When I returned to the front desk to ask about the status, the junior staff member asked for my room number again, retrieved a sheet of paper, and asked me, ”Is this you?” This is totally unacceptable, because the paper had a passport photocopy belonging to a Thai female customer. Exposing personal data to irrelevant people like this shows that these staff members lack data privacy training."

"The service was alright, nothing extraordinary, but overall, it was very clean and I didn't have to worry about anything, which allowed me to truly enjoy the central area of Bangkok. It has great access to all directions, and there's a popular local park nearby where I could go jogging. I highly recommend it."
