"First off, the breakfast was delicious, but perhaps Portuguese food is generally good. The location is super convenient for catching the metro and bus; it's a 2-5 minute walk to the station. I vaguely remember reading reviews saying the rooms were hot, but it's not hot now. The AC works really well. When I first got to the hotel, the mirror near the elevator startled me, but once inside the room, it felt fine and had enough space. However, when night came, it was incredibly uncomfortable. It was so dim. And not 'cozy dim,' but rather 'exhausting, gloomy, unsettling dim.' It's genuinely different from some hotels with mood lighting; trust me, there's a big difference between unchosen dimness and intentional dimness. Turning on all the lights didn't help at all. I called the front desk to ask for a desk lamp (there was one in the room, but it was useless and so dim it was uncomfortable even to look at my phone). I barely got a few words out before they hung up on me. But shortly after, a male staff member came up, took a look, but said there were no extra light sources available. He suggested turning on the TV for more light, and even he admitted after turning it on, 'It doesn't seem to help much...' Trip.com's concierge replied to me but didn't offer a solution. I was too tired to bother anymore, as my luggage was already unpacked. Personally, I don't think this hotel is worth its price. I had picked out a few other hotels earlier, but they were all fully booked because I booked late, so I had to book this one last minute. I recommend everyone book several days in advance. I booked this place hastily at 3 PM the same day and checked in in the evening. It's the only hotel on my European trip that left a bad impression. I regret it. The staff's attitude overall wasn't bad, but it was the first time someone hung up on me. And there are mirrors everywhere, which is really different from what I'm used to."

"The hotel was clean and in a good location for what we needed, it lacks any atmosphere and we had a bad experience at the hotel bar with the server who refused to let us play a family game of UNO telling us it was illegal (its not) he clearly didn't want us to spend any money in his bar as a family group."

"It seems the front desk staff go to sleep after midnight, and guests can't get in. I think it's important to confirm this beforehand. My friend and I arrived separately, and both of our flights were delayed, so we arrived in the middle of the night. My friend apparently arrived exactly at midnight and tried to call the front desk, but the staff wouldn't let him in until they came out. They eventually let him in somehow. While I understand the hotel's perspective, our flight delays were unavoidable. We were exhausted from the late-night travel due to the delays, and we had already paid for our stay, so the service we received was quite unsatisfactory. Furthermore, our room had no air conditioning, and although there was a window, the ventilation was poor, so I can't really say it was a good experience."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious. The breakfast had a great variety, with plenty of meat, eggs, milk, and bread, plus some egg tarts. The only downside was the noise from the street outside; it was quite loud when high-powered motorcycles passed by. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on the other side of the building. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, or you can catch the metro nearby downstairs. They also have private parking available for 15 euros per day."

"Hotel Florentine was a bit of a mixed bag for me. This was a very last-minute booking and apparently I snagged the last available room — which, in hindsight, may explain a few things. I had specifically requested a quiet room, but unfortunately ended up with the exact opposite. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear just about every sound and life update happening next door. Having the elevator directly across from my room added an extra soundtrack I hadn’t exactly asked for. Dinner at the bistro also tested my patience a little. The team genuinely seemed to be trying hard, and I want to give special credit to one lovely server who was clearly doing her absolute best to keep everything afloat. Still, the service flow was puzzling — my drink and water arrived long after I had already finished my meal, while tables that arrived after me were somehow served before I was. It felt less like a dining system and more like a surprise social experiment. The food itself was fine, nothing particularly memorable, but the location is undeniably excellent and probably the hotel’s strongest feature. With a few operational improvements — and perhaps some thicker walls — this place could really shine."

"I had a good overall experience staying at easyHotel Lisbon. The location is very convenient—central and about a 7-minute walk from the underground. The room was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Management were also responsive and accommodating when I had a few additional enquiries. There was an unexpected issue with my bathroom, but the team handled it promptly and professionally, relocating me to another room and following up appropriately. Overall, a well-run hotel with a strong focus on customer service, and I’d consider staying here again."

"Good location near metro and tram station with convenient access to all places of interest.Room and bedsheets are clean and locker is large enough to store your belongings.Room opens to a balcony and room ventilation is good. Kitchen facilities are adequately provided. Toiletries are also provided but not towels. Hostel has been renovated so everything is new. Highly recommended."
