"Finally, a good night's sleep in El Nido! The biggest worry about staying in the town center is the bass from bars and the noise of motorbikes at dawn. I chose J Boutique because it’s located on the outskirts of the main town—it's much quieter, and there’s a huge massage parlor right next door! The room isn't big, but the refreshing color palette is very relaxing. My only minor gripe is that you can still hear people talking in the hallway, but compared to the chaos of the main street, this place is heaven. The bedding was dry and fresh, which is a huge plus for me since I hate that damp island smell."

"I really liked the hotel and the beach itself. There are sun loungers, showers, toilets, and a small pool within the glamping area. Vendors aren't allowed on the property, so you won't be bothered. It can be a bit noisy in the room in the evenings/at night due to nature sounds – some might not like it, but we found it pleasant to fall asleep to. The mountain view from the room is beautiful, but if you look down, it's a bit of a swamp and a parking lot – not so great. Breakfasts are modest, machine coffee costs extra, and the fruits and vegetables are bland (except for the mango). Food and drink prices aren't cheap, but everything is good quality. Right outside the fence on the beach, there are several cafes, shops, and massage places. Upon check-in, we received some welcome gifts: 2 bottles of water, apples, nuts, instant noodles, and a shell necklace! And upon check-out, we got some small pastries. Transfers to/from El Nido airport or to the town center cost 1800 PHP for a minivan. Pros: Large, nice-looking rooms, plenty of towels, spotless white linens. Cons: Weak shower pressure, no handheld showerhead (only a rain shower), and no place to dry clothes."

"I just finished a quick 1-night stay at H Hotel El Nido, and honestly, I wish I could have stayed longer. The first thing that hits you is the view—waking up in the Deluxe Double Room with that mountain backdrop was such a vibe. What really sets this place apart is the whole ”vegan-friendly” concept. Even if you aren't strictly vegan, the food is fresh, creative, and delicious. It’s so much better than the typical, boring hotel buffets you see everywhere else. After a long day of exploring, hanging out at the bar or hitting the spa was the perfect way to unwind. The staff were super chill and helpful, making the whole experience feel personal rather than just another transaction. It’s clean, modern, and has a great energy. If you’re heading to El Nido and want a place that’s a bit more conscious and stylish, this is definitely it."

"This hotel is really, really great, I loved it! Even though I stayed in a shared four-person room, it didn't bother me at all because almost every day (from morning till evening) we were out on excursions or somewhere else. The staff are friendly and caring, rooms are cleaned daily, and the showers and toilets are communal (but there are also a few separate stalls just for women). The breakfasts are delicious and varied – I would fly back to the Philippines again just for these breakfasts! Because here, I only had truly good food three times: first in Cebu, second at the hotel's breakfast, and third at an Italian restaurant in El Nido, that's it! In the shared room, you get a towel, a locker with a lock, and a large bed (unlike other similar hotels). I'm thrilled!"

"The most memorable travel moments aren't always the prettiest. Sometimes it's the difficult times when someone steps in to help. We had an issue with our booking, but the front desk handled everything with great kindness. Resolving it right upon arrival was enough to get us off to a good start. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and we were already looking forward to the next day. Breakfast was generous. We chose croissants and overnight oats with a sea view, and that made everything even better. The hotel recommended an island hopping tour. We waited for the guide directly in the lobby, which was very convenient. The beach was just a few minutes' walk to board the boat, and being able to go straight back to our room to change was a huge plus. In the evening, the front desk suggested a few restaurants. We went to one of them and really enjoyed it. We had less and less desire to leave. See you next time!"

"EL nido suites Location and the hotel facilities are the best. The staff was helpful and room was good. I was able to book massage, tour and motor bike from the reception staff. Breakfast did let me down but still not bad. Bus terminal is next to it and the el nido public market. Vanila beach, lio beach and nacpan beach is not far. Especially old town is around 10 minutes of walking distance from the hotel for the night life and for good restaurants. Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Our experience at Lime Resorts was superb! Just staying at the Sky Lounge, taking a dip at the infinity pool, enjoying the unli popcorn and ice cream or ordering delicious foods and drinks at their resto, while watching the majestic sunset is already an excellent experience. The sunset view is breathtaking! The staffs are also nice and accommodating. Upgrading our room for a bigger one for free is highly appreciated. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of food, I enjoy the salad and pastries the most. Thank you Lime resort for making our stay a memorable one 💗"

"”After more than thirty years of travelling, you know what actually makes a hotel good. It comes down to whether anyone is really listening. The staff at Z Garden were listening. When we arrived Lena’s foot was bothering her. They asked what was going on, then recommended a few spots that would suit her better and suggested which activities to avoid. That one response changed the mood of the whole day. And the hotel being so close to the water meant retirement travel didn’t cost us unnecessary energy getting anywhere. "We had a really wonderful stay overall and created great memories here. What we loved: • The location is absolutely stunning – one of the most beautiful beaches in El Nido • The beach villas are in a perfect spot, right by the sea • The villas themselves are fantastic: spacious, comfortable, and well-designed • Friendly and helpful staff What could be improved: • The pool is shared with a nearby campsite and feels outdated • It’s too small for the number of guests across multiple resorts • The restaurant was very disappointing: poor quality, no atmosphere, and not inviting • We ended up going to nearby beach resorts for meals, where the food, pricing, and overall vibe were much better Overall: We truly enjoyed our stay thanks to the beautiful setting and comfortable villas. However, the lack of quality facilities—especially the pool and restaurant—made it feel overpriced. The price-to-quality ratio is not quite there."
