"If your main goal in El Nido is doing the Tour A or Tour C island hopping trips, staying here is a no-brainer. You can book directly with H hospitality travel and tours right at the front desk, and the experience was awesome! It is just a few minutes' walk to the beach to board the boats, so you do not have to rush around in the morning. The surrounding area has everything you need with tons of international restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and souvenir shops all within walking distance. Even though you are right in the bustling town center, the rooms are actually very quiet, so you can get a great night's rest."

"Staying here makes it very convenient to take island-hopping boats. We could walk to the seaside in just a few minutes from the hotel. If your itinerary includes going out to sea for island hopping, this place is really super convenient. There is a spot at the entrance to wash the sand off your feet, and you can go straight upstairs to take a shower before going out for dinner, which is very comfortable. The fifth-floor rooftop also offers a great, open sea view, making it a good spot to look out at the ocean in the morning. The downtown location makes walking around very easy, saving a lot of travel time and money. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is truly in the heart of El Nido. Whether you want to go to the beach or take boat tours, everything is conveniently within walking distance. Being able to shower immediately upon returning and not having long commutes is a huge plus! There are also small shops and restaurants nearby, which makes planning very easy. The room is modern and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The only minor downside is some street noise in the morning due to its very central location. However, the service staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came everyday. There was water, a mini fridge, shampoo, body wash and soap. Breakfast was great and a little bit different every morning. But there was always coffee, juice and fresh fruit. Even though it was a little bit out of the center of town, you could still get there very well by car and tricycle. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel faces the sea. Very cute. Well-thought-out design. Everywhere you can see signs stating that environmentally friendly materials were used in its construction. The rooms are small, but very cozy and clean. There are hammocks at the entrance to the rooms. Everything is made with love. Friendly and helpful staff. There are several shops, a spa and even an Italian restaurant nearby. We regret that we spent only one night here."

"I'm not picky and we travel a lot, so I have plenty to compare with. But here, I was shocked by the sheer number of negatives all in one hotel. We stayed in two different room categories (including a suite). For its price range, this hotel was a huge disappointment (this is our third hotel on Palawan, all located near beaches, and the prices were more or less the same). Inside, even on the bed, there were tiny ants crawling around. Breakfast isn't included, and the rooms aren't cleaned. Once, throughout our entire vacation, I asked them to clean the room and change the bedding. They came by evening, but they just took the towels and didn't replace them, saying everything was being washed 🙃. After showering, I had to dry myself with a dirty t-shirt because nothing in the room dries properly. The Wi-Fi constantly cut out, and for the last few days, it didn't work at all. Overall, it was a complete misunderstanding; the only saving grace was the ocean view from the room! There was mold on the walls, I even saw spots on the mattress. The extractor fan in the shower didn't work at all, the toilet seat was loose, and there was hardly any water pressure in the sink and shower, just a tiny trickle (I assume for economy — even in the suite) – I've attached photos (notice how the faucet is installed). On the last day, the air conditioning even started leaking. There's no safe, and the door lock sometimes fell out with the key, and I had to reinsert it into the hole. If you want a somewhat comfortable stay, only book the suite; the price difference isn't that much. The TV is in the photos, but it's not actually there, though we didn't need it anyway."

"Totally in love with this hostel, breakfast is buffet style and they change some of menu daily :) The share bathroom is clean and maintained properly, u may use ur own lock to lock your locker securely. Each bed are covered with curtains :) Highly recommended."

"The room wasn't big or small. We didn't care. When you return from island hopping, you take off your shoes, lie down, and in three minutes you're asleep. That's all you ask for in a place to sleep. The bed was really good. Three nights, no complaints. The air conditioning was powerful, and there was even a TV, but I think I watched it for maybe a quarter of an hour before falling asleep without even realizing it. One thing to know: breakfast isn't included, and you find that out when you book. It's best to leave fairly early because the places here are a bit slow, and some mornings, with island hopping right after, we ended up grabbing something to go. Luckily, the staff always knew where to send us. The places they recommended were all good. Value for money: spot on. Don't expect luxury, but it does everything it needs to do."

"It's a nice place in front of the beach but the beach and water are not as beautiful as in the islands. I would recommend it if you want to open your eyes and see the beautiful sea and mountains around. The only bad thing is there is not a nice lobby where you can sit, chill and wait for your transportation. :)"
