Cheap Hotels in Palermo

"2 min walk to the beach. But besides that, 35 mins walk to station. Attractions are all near the station. The counter lady service quality need to improve. The room is spacious, clean. Some cheap one bed room does also has the view of the ocean. It is considered quiet. The breakfast is really good compared to the same price in rome. If u hire a car to visit this place, it is highly recommended in 50pound range."

"The location was ideal for a tourist. Close to all the attractions.  The staff were welcoming and good at their jobs.  Rooms were very good size and quite comfortable  I would stay again or highly recommend."

"The location is really great because it is right in front of the ferry port. It is close enough to walk to. I was hesitant at first about whether to take this medicine because there were a lot of negative reviews, but when I looked at the reviews sorted by newest, they were good. "Very good location, very close to the square and the Grand Theatre. The nearby Trattoria Carpaccio restaurant is particularly delicious. The overall impression is good. Valet parking is available and the parking fee is 23 euros per day. It is still highly recommended."

"Overall, it's not bad. There's free water and candy at the front desk, but the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear a tap running in the next room. The elevator is small, and it's at least a 30-minute walk from the train station. The only advantage is the reasonable price; it's a good option for budget travelers."

The room is not small, the extra bed is also quite comfortable, larger than the average European hotel room. "This hotel is incredibly historic and full of character. I loved its style and attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally nice, the kind you'd associate with old-school waiters. The location in the city center makes everything easily accessible. My only suggestion is to avoid driving. Driving in Palermo is incredibly difficult; I almost mistook the street the hotel is on for a pedestrian zone. Even though we'd spoken to the hotel by phone and they provided valet parking upon our arrival, the drive was still a daunting experience."

"The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights. However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later than 22:30, there’d be no hot water for the whole night. For those who might want cup noodles for supper, you better do it before 22:30 :) For the location, it was quite far away from the city centre, there was bus stop right next to hotel, but the bus never came… we had waited for at least 30 minutes but still couldn’t see our bus coming. The faster way is to ride scooters. If you’re heading to pier / airport / train station carrying large luggage, you better ask the staffs to call taxi for you, which cost about €15 from hotel to Palermo Centrale station."

"La struttura è pulitissima, ben organizzata e curata, con la zona piscine e vasca Jacuzzi che è veramente un gioiellino con una vista mozzafiato su Palermo. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo"
