"I enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed the location as it was right next to the train station. It was also very close to the morning markets in the area. My only complaint was that our shower wasn't fully tightened and so there was inconsistent water flow through the shower head. Everything else was great however."

"First off, the price was amazing! Just over 300 for a night, including breakfast, that's incredibly cheap. I tried to book again later and the price had gone up. Getting there was easy too. I took the airport bus to the station and it was just a few minutes' walk from there. Facilities: The room was spacious and even had a corner balcony. The breakfast selection was pretty good, and they even had cannoli!"

"The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights. However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later than 22:30, there’d be no hot water for the whole night. For those who might want cup noodles for supper, you better do it before 22:30 :) For the location, it was quite far away from the city centre, there was bus stop right next to hotel, but the bus never came… we had waited for at least 30 minutes but still couldn’t see our bus coming. The faster way is to ride scooters. If you’re heading to pier / airport / train station carrying large luggage, you better ask the staffs to call taxi for you, which cost about €15 from hotel to Palermo Centrale station."

"La struttura è pulitissima, ben organizzata e curata, con la zona piscine e vasca Jacuzzi che è veramente un gioiellino con una vista mozzafiato su Palermo. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo"

"Very nice hotel a stone's throw from the city center, on a quiet street (if you can consider the streets of Palermo quiet!) The room is spacious and well-equipped, furnished in the style of the period, but with all modern comforts. The staff is very attentive, special mention to the gentleman at the reception who helped us solve a small problem with a thing left in the car, as well as to the young lady who welcomed us - a sunny and very professional person. Good breakfast, varied and good choice. In short, we had an excellent stay and will not hesitate to come back if we are ever in Palermo again. Thank you all!!"

"A very cost-effective hotel with a comfortable environment, high service quality, complete facilities, and a variety of breakfast options. There is an exclusive parking lot. Although it is unattended, there are surveillance cameras. It will be very comfortable to walk in the yard in the morning or evening. It is 6.5KM from the city and 1.1KM from the nearest train station, making it suitable for self-driving groups."

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel for a very convenient price. The room was simple but clean, clam and well equipped. They provide towels, shower gel and a very generous breakfast. The location is ideal, in the heart of the city centre and not far away from the train station."

"Great location- good service. The room was clean, and comfortable. I only stood one night, as this was a transit day for me in Palermo. The staff were helpful and able to accommodate me arriving slightly earlier than expected. The location is great for a first time visit in Palermo- just outside the Quattro Canti."

"With a heatwave hitting throughout my 3-day stay, the best decision I could have made was to choose this hotel specifically for its pool – and boy, did we enjoy it! The atmosphere was super chill, complete with a DJ, the lush surrounding garden, and the perfectly tempered water. Drinks and food were readily available in the common areas. Sun loungers were plentiful and well-positioned. Breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide and comprehensive variety to suit all tastes, including juices, fresh fruit, cold cuts, hot dishes, omelettes, and naturally, excellent coffee! Leo's attentiveness, and indeed that of the entire staff, was exceptional. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated in a modern style, featuring a decent wardrobe and space for a table, armchair, and a good TV. We slept like angels. Everything was very clean. The only truly unpleasant aspect was the persistent smell of drains, which hints at the age of the renovated building. There was always plenty of parking available, and although it's about a 12-15 minute walk from the center of Palermo, I'd say it's a fantastic and strategic location. Highly Recommended!"
