"Stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was super convenient! The place just few steps away from the train station which makes it easier when you travel with a bigger luggage. ＞ walkable distance to nice restaurants and shops ＞ few steps away from train station ＞ tasty breakfast, buffet ＞ friendly staff ＞ free luggage storage after and before check in I totally recommend!"

"A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"We had a really lovely stay here. The staff, many of whom are from Italy, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout. We had a small issue during check-in, but they were very patient and did their best to sort it out quickly, which we really appreciated. It’s a great place to stay with children. Everything was handled efficiently whenever we needed help, and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy — including a restaurant and bar, a nice area for breakfast and evening activities, and a play area for kids to burn off some energy. For those who enjoy music, there are instruments like a piano, guitar and ukulele to use. There’s also a gym for anyone who enjoys sports and exercise. The outdoor kitchen area is a lovely touch, and our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again."

"The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The space was acceptable and the service was enthusiastic, but the stains on the towels and sheets seemed to have never been changed. Since I was driving from southern Italy to southern France as a stopover, the location was very convenient for me, close to the highway exit."

"The room was small but very clean and comfortable because there was a lovely balcony, it felt spacious in an instant. This place is super convenient. On the left is the main station of many cars. On the right, it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the downtown square. It is convenient to go anywhere or hang out. There are various snack bars on a small road downstairs. There is a community Carrefour on the road in front. Can solve all needs."

"My stay at Hotel Bristol Palace was truly delightful. The hotel is exceptionally elegant, with stunning classic decoration that gives it a timeless charm. "The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros."

The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide and varied selection to satisfy every palate. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making getting around incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was the slightly convoluted route to the parking garage, but this small issue absolutely pales in comparison to the overall excellence. The entire experience was flawless, and I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on my next trip to Genoa!"
