Pet Friendly Hotels in Genoa

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged. Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area. Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided. Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go. Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Spacious room with a huge bathroom and impeccable cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent sweet breakfast. Perfect location if you want to visit the aquarium and the historic center. The only downside is that the parking lot has an entire floor dedicated to electric cars, but the charging stations weren't working. Luckily, there's one right under the hotel!

The location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.

The house is in an old building for a long time. The door needs a password. The elevator is an old-fashioned elevator. 2 people can take it every time. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. We live on the fourth floor and the indoor bathroom is covered. The gap in the door is 10 cm high. Please pay attention to not fall. The bathroom is also a 10 cm gap. If you are dark at night, you can step on the empty. The facilities in the house are very new. The roof mural is beautifully decorated. The building is high. Feel very comfortable 😌 breakfast is simple. Overall it is quite satisfactory. From the station to the hotel, each building corridor is super beautiful. You can also shop by the way. The hotel is very close to the Governor's Mansion and Ferrari Square. There is also a traditional vegetable market next to it. You can go and experience the customs.

Could be noisy as it is on a busy street. But it got quiet after 9 at night. You can easily walk to all the attractions within town.

The hotel is very old-fashioned, the key is still the original kind with teeth, it is not allowed to go out, it is estimated that I am worried about losing Guo copy. The elevator is grid, it will tremble when it stops, the curtains are very dirty, a layer of gray visible to the naked eye, and the bedside board is loose. Hotels at the same price are completely several grades higher. The only better thing is that it is close to Prince Square, and the nearby trains, subways and buses are more convenient.

Ubicado frente al puerto. Reacondicionado como nuevo. Habitación confortable. Personal muy amable y desayuno muy completo. Hay que tener cuidado de noche, el ambiente no es de lo mejor. Recomiendo el museo del Mar. Hay un tren turístico que hace city tour en frente del hotel, económico 10 euros. Disfruté la estancia. Muy recomendable.

Ik ben een soloreiziger en was in eerste instantie erg positief over dit hotel. De locatie was goed, de andere medewerkers waren vriendelijk en bij het inchecken kreeg ik zelfs een upgrade naar een vierpersoonskamer voor €15 minder. Daarom vind ik het extra jammer dat één medewerker tijdens de nachtdienst mijn hele verblijf volledig heeft overschaduwd. Bij het uitchecken vertelde een medewerkster mij via een vertaalapp dat ik mijn bagage later kon ophalen. Er werd geen uiterlijke tijd genoemd waarop dit moest gebeuren. Toen ik op 2 augustus 2026 rond 00:32 uur terugkwam om mijn bagage op te halen, begon de medewerker van de nachtdienst eerst rustig mijn gegevens te controleren. Dat begreep ik volledig en ik heb overal aan meegewerkt. Tijdens het gesprek sloeg zijn houding echter plotseling om en werd hij agressief. Ik heb meerdere keren rustig uitgelegd dat ik alleen mijn eigen bagage kwam ophalen. Uiteindelijk heb ik zelf de politie gebeld omdat de situatie escaleerde. Toen ik mijn bagage ging ophalen terwijl ik nog met de politie aan de telefoon was, kwam de medewerker agressief naar buiten, schold mij uit in het Italiaans en Engels en bedreigde mij vervolgens in de lift met de woorden: “Wacht maar. We hebben je adres in het systeem. Dan zul je wel zien wat er met je gaat gebeuren.” Daarnaast zei hij dat ik mij niet als een “prinses uit Frankrijk” moest gedragen en dat het personeel niet voor mij werkte. Ik begreep deze opmerkingen totaal niet, omdat ik de hele tijd alleen rustig en geduldig had gevraagd of ik mijn eigen bagage mocht ophalen. De politie is uiteindelijk fysiek ter plaatse gekomen. Ik verzoek de eigenaar vriendelijk om de camerabeelden van 2 augustus 2026 rond 00:32 uur te bekijken, zodat onderzocht kan worden wat er tijdens de nachtdienst is gebeurd. Om duidelijk te maken over welke medewerker mijn melding gaat: het ging om de jonge Italiaanse medewerker van de nachtdienst, met kort donker haar, veel tatoeages op zijn armen en in zijn nek, gekleed in een zwart hemd en een korte broek. Ik wil benadrukken dat mijn ervaring met de overige medewerkers juist erg positief was. Daarom richt deze review zich uitsluitend op dit incident. Door wat er is gebeurd, zal ik persoonlijk niet meer terugkeren. Ik hoop dat de eigenaar deze melding serieus neemt, zodat andere gasten – en met name soloreizigers – dit niet hoeven mee te maken.
