"Very nice hotel on the outside of the city center. As a positive, you dont get woken up by the Mosque. As a negative, you need to walk 15 minutes for nice restaurants. The swimming pool is very nice but you cannot swim at the ”beach” in front as it is actually a port and is dirty."

"The Wi-Fi wasn't very stable. The room was simple but had everything you needed, offering great value for money! We also successfully booked the airport pick-up service. I was worried I wouldn't be able to contact them without internet, but to my surprise, they were right there as soon as I exited the airport – so thoughtful! All the staff were full of energy and joy during check-in, which made us feel incredibly welcome. It's a bit of a walk from the busy area, but still within walking distance."

"1. The hotel environment is superb, with a picturesque pool facing the sapphire blue sea – a great place for swimming and enjoying the view.
2. The room is spacious with large windows, directly overlooking the beautiful pool. Lying in bed and admiring the scenery is incredibly refreshing.
3. Breakfast is plentiful, and the setting is pleasant.
4. My biggest thanks go to all the hotel staff. When they learned I had been stung by a sea urchin, they all met to enthusiastically help, providing vinegar, salt, hot water, and a basin, allowing me to get timely treatment. Thank you again!"

"1. The hotel's overall style is white and blue (Tiffany blue?) architecture, resembling Greek design. It faces west, offering beautiful sunset views – every photo turns out amazing!
2. Although the facilities listed an ATM, there wasn't one in reality (perhaps it was removed).
3. The hotel has a restaurant and a pool; the food in the restaurant is excellent! Dishes take about 30-40 minutes to be served, and prices are a bit on the higher side. Room service is available. Besides local flavors, they also offer Thai Tom Yum Goong and Hong Kong-style steamed fish. While lobster is on the menu, it wasn't available in reality (perhaps out of stock). There are public pools on the 5th floor (outside the restaurant) and on the rooftop.
4. The villa-style rooms are fantastic, each with its own private pool right outside the window! Plus, they come with an annex room (so villa rooms have two rooms and can accommodate four people).
5. Other room types offer a slightly less satisfying experience (hot water only lasts about 5 minutes before turning cold), rooms lack hairdryers, and there's noise that might affect sleep (air conditioner outdoor unit vibration~).
6. All hotel staff and restaurant staff are very enthusiastic and provide excellent service (they proactively ask if you need assistance).
7. The hotel arranged a car to the airport for 150K (expensive!)"

"I recently stayed at Seaesta Komodo Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, I had a decent experience, but there are a few things to note. On the positive side, the location is quite convenient and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were also polite and helpful. However, I did encounter a few minor issues. The shower pressure is low and not enough hot. No slippers and laundry bags are provided. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but some upgrading would greatly improve the guest experience!"

"I had a wonderful stay here, I really loved the staff, they were super nice and kind, and the owner was great too. I especially want to praise Putri, she was so patient no matter what I asked, her attitude was gentle and enthusiastic, and she was very meticulous in her work. She always proactively offered help when needed, which made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I was well taken care of throughout my stay, like a warm and caring friend, and I felt incredibly relaxed. Thank you so much for her thoughtfulness, she's truly amazing!"

"An excellent hotel experience!
We had a red-eye flight, so we arrived at the hotel to check in around 9 AM. After completing the procedures, the front desk informed us that check-in is usually at 3 PM, but we could find a place to rest or use the hotel facilities in the meantime. We went to lie down on the sofas by the pool on the first floor, and in less than an hour, they came to tell us we could check in early.
Every day, morning or night, whenever we saw staff members in the hotel, they would greet us proactively and ask if we needed anything. Before coming, I had read some reviews suggesting that Chinese tourists were treated differently, but after staying for four days myself, I never experienced any differential treatment!
I also highly recommend the hotel's own six-sight one-day tour, Blackswan! It departs every morning at 6:30 AM from Katamaran's private port. The entire experience was very comfortable, with no pushy sales or demands for tips. The guides were all very friendly and enthusiastic! At each dive spot, even if you can't swim, they'll accompany you with a swim ring the entire time, making sure everyone on the tour gets to see manta rays and sea turtles! Plus, they only take a maximum of 14 guests a day, making it a very comfortable small group tour! Absolutely worth it!"

"The hotel is right across from the pier, which makes going out to sea very convenient. It's a more niche place; if you're not looking for luxury, it's perfectly fine. We stayed for two nights, and overall, there were no issues. The price was quite reasonable too."

"The hotel offers an airport shuttle service for 70,000 IDR, which is much cheaper than private taxis. The bathroom had no dirty water issues, and with my own filtered shower head, there was no yellowing or blackening. The location is excellent, with plenty of food and drink options downstairs. "We had a pleasant stay at Komodo Lodge. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the harbor, restaurants, and the town center. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The only downside is that the hotel is very close to a mosque, so the early morning prayers can be quite loud. If you're a light sleeper, I definitely recommend bringing earplugs.
Overall, it's good value for the price. However, if your budget allows, you can probably find a better option nearby."
