"This hotel offers incredible value for money, especially for a two-night stay. The location is excellent, and it boasts a really large, private, and incredibly quiet beach. There are two pools, and the breakfast was quite good too. We stayed in a villa one night and a regular room the other, and both were great experiences. During the day, you can even snorkel in the ocean, and in the evenings, it's lovely to enjoy a drink by the sea."

"I had a really enjoyable stay at Loccal Collection Hotel Labuan Bajo. The hotel has a very unique and stylish concept, with architecture and design that stand out compared to typical hotels in the area. The atmosphere feels modern, aesthetic, and relaxing — perfect for a getaway in Labuan Bajo. One of the best parts of the stay was definitely the view. Overlooking the sea and surrounding hills, the scenery from the hotel was beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. The pool area and common spaces were also great spots to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I appreciated the overall ambiance of the property, which felt calm and cozy throughout the stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever needed, making the experience even better. The location is also convenient, with easy access to cafés, restaurants, and the harbor area. Overall, Loccal Collection offers a memorable stay experience that combines comfort, good views, and a unique design concept. Definitely one of the more interesting places to stay in Labuan Bajo, and I would happily return again."

"The hotel is very centrally located, and from my balcony I was able to enjoy an exceptional view of the harbour, accompanied by a stunning sunset that I will never forget. Although the hotel is not particularly new, the service was excellent throughout my stay. Rooms are kept in pristine conditions, and are provided with all amenities you need. At street level there is a convenient minimart with an ATM, as well as a few shops within the same building. The restaurant also offers barbecue options at very reasonable prices. In addition, the swimming pool was remarkably clean and cosy, featuring another spectacular view over the harbour. I only spent one night there, but it is definitely an experience I will always remember."

"Pretty good! Mixue (a bubble tea shop) is right downstairs, and it's super convenient as it's very close to the pier for getting around. Plus, the hotel has a restaurant upstairs, and the service is quite good. It offers great value for money and is located on the busiest street in Komodo town."

"I highly recommend this hotel for a Komodo day trip, it's super convenient! It's right near the pier, so you can easily walk back, and there's a bustling food street right next door with Starbucks and KFC. It's also very close to the seafood stalls, making transportation a breeze. However, the infrastructure is just barely up to a five-star standard."

"The hotel is slightly away from main centre . The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms are lacking sockets near the bed so if you need to charge phones or else it’s a problem. However, after asking they supplied me with an extension (not pretty but worked ) The pool is lovely and has an amazing view at sunset . The pool has an area which is set up as a pool side bar but unfortunately not set up. There was building work being done which I was warned when booking but didn’t expect them still making noise after 8pm. Breakfast starts at 6 but not total inand items added slowly. I had to take first shuttle bus to airport at 7 and until 645 no eggs or non Indonesian dishes. Shuttle bus driver to airport was also late 10 minutes but luckily airport is close . All said , again the staff were extremely courteous and very apologetic for delays etc. but it’s a shame as hotel has great potential and could do a lot better"

"The only downside was the sound of the Muslim call to prayer. There's a big loudspeaker right next to the house, and it starts playing prayers at 4 AM every day, which really disturbed our sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you should definitely reconsider. Even if you're a heavy sleeper, it'll still wake you up. However, the location is indeed very convenient, right off the main street, and the service was good. The front desk staff were very friendly and even arranged for early breakfasts for us when we had early morning tours or flights."

"I stayed at this hotel for two consecutive nights, and overall, the value for money is really good. For this location, the price is quite affordable. Given the price point, you shouldn't expect too much from the hardware facilities; they are adequate for what you need. The service was quite good. When I returned after going out, the staff even proactively helped make the bed, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast only starts at 7 AM. Because I had a tight schedule and flights to catch every day, I never had the chance to enjoy a sit-down breakfast. I honestly suggest they could move the breakfast time up to 6 AM, which would be more suitable for travelers. However, the hotel was also very considerate, offering grab-and-go simple meals like sandwiches and fried noodles, which was convenient for eating on the go. The portion size and variety of the packed breakfast were just average though, enough to simply fill you up without much excitement. I hope they can improve and optimize this in the future."

"Staying at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo was an absolute delight. Despite being a relatively new property, having opened about a year and a half ago, it runs with the precision and grace of a seasoned resort. The warmth and hospitality of the staff were unmatched from the moment I arrived, and I must give a special compliment to the efficient and helpful luggage service. The security team, the front desk personnel, and the F&B team were all incredibly proactive and obliging, making sure I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout my stay. Special mention to the front desk staff who were very helpful with our queries, reservations and check-out: Denal and Amelia 😊👋 I also want to highly compliment the day tour I took, which covered six different destinations. It was a perfect crash course of the entire national park and was well worth the money. I highly recommend anyone staying here to take up that one-day tour for an unforgettable experience seeing the dragons up close, frolicking on pink sands, snorkeling with turtles and manta rays and basking on a Bank crescent sandbank surrounded by crystal blue waters. While the breakfast variety was impressive and the chefs did a fantastic job keeping dishes stocked, the coffee/tea service was prompt...there is a small room for improvement in plate clearance. Being a bit more attentive to clearing used plates would certainly elevate the dining experience even further. Adding to that, we noticed that salt and pepper cruets weren't always consistently placed on every table, so ensuring those are readily available would be a great way to enhance convenience for guests. Additionally, Katamaran could significantly boost its appeal by offering complimentary access to its aquatic sports amenities, such as paddle boats, water bikes, and kayaking. We realized the free activities were not as popular though. Overall, with stunning views, excellent warm personalized service, I would highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again."

"This is my second time staying here. It's a great place to relax between activities. It's close to the airport, and you can walk to the main street with bars in about 20 minutes. Yet, you feel like you're in a secluded spot with a beach and a pool. The staff and rooms are all excellent. The buffet breakfasts are delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the laundry service. My friends and I sent our clothes for washing, but all the stains remained – they were just refreshed. And the cost was quite high for that."
