"The hotel is very convenient - we took a bus from the airport, then just 5-10 min walk from Syntagma. In the morning went to see Acropolis- 10 min walk. Nearby a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops! Hotel is clean, beds comfy, breakfast is nice!"

"Fantastic hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. Every day, there were dedicated staff members to help with luggage and operate the elevator. The hotel's location is in one of the best areas of Greece, so you don't have to worry about safety. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it's very close to the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient! The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is also good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Athens."

"Lovely smaller style hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom immaculately clean. I booked a delux double room. Pleasant roof top bar with Acropolis view, perfect for sunset cocktails. Omonia Station about 300m walk, Monastiraki and Plaka about 1km walk both great for shopping and flea markets. Train from Omonia goes to Acropolis and Monastiraki. Quiet neighbourhood, bit rough around the edges but nothing too sketchy. Would stay again."

"Stunning hotel! We stayed here before an early morning ferry from the port. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a stunning modern clean bathroom. The best feature about our room was the stunning balcony looking in to a beautiful courtyard. Hotel is very peaceful and we had a great nights sleep before an early morning ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel and would return myself for sure if I was ever in Athens."

"This is the hotel we returned to after traveling from Athens to Italy and then back to Athens. I absolutely loved the terrace. "The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway station, and there are many restaurants and bars around, but it is just quiet in the bustling city. The room is very clean, with everything you need, and good soundproofing. The breakfast is rich, and all kinds of pies are my favorite. The service staff are very warm and friendly. "The hotel is located near the Athens Meat Market, within walking distance of Psiri and only a few minutes from Monastiraki Square. While not in the very center, the location provides convenient access to lively districts and cultural attractions. Before my stay, I had read reviews mentioning safety concerns in the area, and I was initially cautious. However, during my visit I found the neighborhood to be generally fine. As with any city, it is important to remain attentive when traveling with family, but nothing occurred that would cause alarm. The streets leading to the hotel are quieter, as fewer people cross through this district. For shopping, however, the hotel is less convenient, as it requires longer walks to reach the main retail area (Ermou street). The staff was kind overall, though breakfast with a toddler was somewhat challenging. Most of the team were not particularly accommodating, with the exception of one outstanding staff member—a highly professional English-speaking woman who appeared to lead the team. She was exceptionally helpful and made a significant positive difference to our experience.Although the hotel lacks balconies, our room offered a spectacular view of the Acropolis, which was a highlight of our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ermass Athens. They have coffee available for visitors, downstairs as well as in the rooms. The little kitchenette is perfect for making a quick meal. The gym below is well equipped for a holiday workout. Most of the sites are walkable from the hotel"
