"First off, the hotel environment is simply stunning. Facing the sea, the gradient blue is absolutely gorgeous! We booked a sea-view room, and the one we got was fantastic, also facing the ocean. We booked an island hopping tour through a travel agency, and it turned out the boarding pier was right next to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. A great feature of this hotel is the public shower rooms with hot water. Even after checking out, you can still use them after returning from your island tour. A special thanks to the hotel manager. I misplaced a valuable item due to my own oversight, and the manager patiently reviewed the surveillance footage the entire time, eventually helping me find it. This really shows how reliable the hotel's security is. Vehicle checks for entry and exit are quite strict, and sometimes the security guards at the main gate even check if passengers have the hotel's wristbands."

"A question for trip.com: why is a 4-star hotel sold as 5-star??? Now about the hotel. Although it's a 4-star, many 5-star hotels are inferior. I've verified this from my own experience. I loved literally everything. Although we initially went with the expectation that we would be disappointed because it was a 4-star. The food was excellent. The alcohol was good quality. The beach was fantastic (the entrance into the sea is excellent and there are small reefs for snorkeling). The staff was friendly. There was entertainment, and it was quite good. We were truly very pleased, and something I rarely do (there are a couple of hotels I would return to again) – I will return to this hotel because I liked it."

"The hotel is located in Makadi Bay, about 30 kilometers from Hurghada city center. Prima Life in Makadi Bay seems to be one of the hotels with the highest occupancy, almost always fully booked. During our two-day stay, we were the only four Chinese guests; everyone else was European or American. The hotel is quite large and has its own beach where you can swim and snorkel. The room was very clean, and the bed sheets weren't pilling, but the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom drain was very slow and would get clogged during peak water usage in the evening, but showering outside of peak hours was fine. The hotel has four restaurants, but only the main restaurant was open every day. The food selection was rich and tasty; the roasted camel meat was particularly delicious. The beach bar also served freshly baked pizza from a wood-fired oven every afternoon and offered daily specialty cocktails. The service at the front desk, restaurant, and bar was good, with one exception: a waiter named Mohammed at the Oriental restaurant completely ignored us. When ordering, all the foreigners who arrived after us were served, but he didn't acknowledge the four of us. I tried to catch his eye several times, but he looked right through me. Eventually, I had to wave him down and directly ask him why he couldn't see me, and only then did he quickly serve our food. The Oriental restaurant was our only somewhat negative experience; everything else felt great. For an all-inclusive hotel costing just over 1,000, it offers excellent value for money. Overall, I highly recommend it."

"We stayed in a small suite in Building 4 for 3 nights, and the overall experience was absolutely fantastic! Everything from the hotel's scenic environment, service, food, to the planned activities was truly amazing. Three nights just weren't enough. Building 4 is incredibly convenient for accessing all the restaurants, the infinity pool, and the diving lagoon, and the sea view is stunning. Honestly, you can see beautiful sea views from anywhere in the hotel, but convenience really is key. From the moment we checked in, we met Du Fei – I was surprised by how young and handsome he was, and he was exceptionally kind. We encountered wonderful staff with great service at every restaurant, always smiling kindly and chatting with us, even complimenting me! Especially the person in the photo, who was incredibly nice and thoughtful. I think he looks a lot like Carrie's *** best friend (Stanford Blatch) from Sex and the City, haha. He's genuinely a great person, constantly moving between different restaurants – I wonder if he's a manager. If any of you go there after reading my review, please say hi to him for me! The hotel's five restaurants are all incredibly well-thought-out, offering Asian, Turkish, and Italian cuisines. Pay special attention to the food description signs, as they clearly mark characteristic dishes from different countries, allowing you to choose based on your preferences. I found something I loved at every restaurant, all while enjoying beautiful sea views. The fantastic non-alcoholic cocktails were continuously available, as was the ongoing supply of bakery items – so delicious! It truly felt like living the pampered life on a cruise ship; I gained 6 pounds here! The hotel activities are incredibly rich and varied, with a fantastic entertainment team and DJ. I participated in so many activities: yoga, stretching, Zumba... After a few days, the entertainment team even recognized me. The hotel has different special programs on specific days each week, like the pink infinity pool party, beach fire dance show, and theater Zumba. Every day was super busy, moving between my room, restaurants, the infinity pool, and the beach, but also super happy. The hotel offers incredible value for money – beautiful scenery, delicious food, and wonderful service. I will definitely be back again!"

"Facilities: There's a gym, but it costs an extra 600 Egyptian pounds. Towels also cost extra, I forget if it was 50 or 100 pounds. Wi-Fi is slow indoors, but decent in the lobby. Service: The receptionist, I don't know if she was the owner, was very nice and said she'd been to China several times; she was very welcoming. Breakfast was good, and you can ask for more if you want. The hotel itself was quite clean, and the decor was relatively new."

"Let me first talk about the three points I like: 1. The hotel has performances, which are both entertaining and artistic 2. It has its own private beach. Where the beach extends, the sea water changes to different colors, and you can see jellyfish 🪼 and tropical fish 🐠 plus corals 🪸 3. All-inclusive food and wine are provided, so those who understand will understand. Three points that I am not satisfied with: 1. Kempinski and Hilton have no rooms at all, so I booked a second choice, the price is about 1800 per night, but the bedding is pilling, and the facilities are a bit retro! 2. The hotel staff sent the luggage to the room and gave 20 Egyptian pounds, with a look of disdain and dissatisfaction 3. When checking out, they forced me to give a good review, and the food was highly homogenized. After eating for 2 days, I only ate seafood."

"The hotel was generally clean and had a private beach. However, the service was subpar. The Wi-Fi in my room wasn't working on the night I checked in, and despite multiple trips to the front desk and phone calls, no one came to fix it. The night shift receptionist was dismissive, promising to come check the room immediately but never showing up or providing any explanation. It took repeated requests on the second day for someone to finally come and verify the issue, which led to us having to switch rooms. Not a good experience overall."

"Overall experience was rather good .. facilities are large and well equipped .. staff is very nice .. food quality is ok, but you would not expect gourmet food for such large quantities .. we took the shuttle bus to the beach located in the park hotel, but could not get towels .. we have not been informed that we should take towels with us .. not a big deal"

The rooms are well-equipped, including a hairdryer (powerful and quick-drying), free Wi-Fi, and basic toiletries, making them quite convenient. A simple breakfast is provided. For a more substantial breakfast, you might need to visit a nearby tea restaurant or shopping mall. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for travelers on a budget who value location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable, making it suitable for short stays or business trips."

"Very good resort hotel, you won't be bored after a few days of fun. The whole hotel is full of Europeans, and we hardly saw any Asians except our family. The family room has two beds, one large and one small. It's a big room, enough for accommodation. The water park is fun, and the restaurant is all-inclusive. The waiters are very enthusiastic and didn't ask for tips. After checking out, I took a taxi. If I couldn't contact the front desk, they would be happy to help me. Thank you! I booked a boat to go out to sea at the hotel, which is safe and convenient. The Red Sea is so beautiful. I saw a lot of fish and corals while snorkeling!"
