"The hotel's location is excellent; you can see its huge sign right outside the station's left exit (but you'll need to go around to the back for the main entrance). The staff, including front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping, were all incredibly friendly and provided service with a constant smile – it felt very welcoming! The hotel is clean and quiet. Even though it's very close to the train station, the soundproofing is excellent, and there aren't many trains, so you don't hear any noise at all! The hotel's restaurant is also fantastic, offering a wide variety of Chinese dishes and Xinjiang specialties. I was extremely satisfied! The hotel is also very close to the Karez Scenic Area, easily accessible by bus from the station exit – very convenient!"

"The room size was just right, and the bedding was very clean and comfortable. The layout was well-designed with distinct functional areas. There's also a private parking lot, which is very convenient for those driving. The breakfast quality was good, with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant was spacious with a pleasant dining environment. The hotel is conveniently located not far from popular attractions like Grape Valley and Karez Well. However, due to the material and pattern of the bathroom floor, it seems difficult to clean thoroughly. I hope they can improve their cleaning efforts and supervision in the future."

"I checked in around 9 PM on July 5th. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and attentive. The hotel itself is upscale, the room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The service auntie in the breakfast area was incredibly polite and kind-hearted; I saw her immediately wipe up a spill on the floor to prevent guests from slipping, which I really appreciated! This auntie deserves a big thumbs up! Plus, it's super convenient to get to Turpan Night Market from the hotel."

"First of all, the staff provided excellent service. They responded politely to all my questions and requests, and immediately arranged anything we needed.

The hotel rooms are very clean, and the entire property is extremely convenient, featuring essential facilities like a laundry room, as well as a café and a convenience store. "I think this is the best hotel in Turpan. It has a very strong ethnic vibe. It's a hotel and guesthouse combined, all under one management. When we arrived, there were no rooms available, so the front desk lady upgraded us to a guesthouse room, which was a beautiful suite. Even though it's a guesthouse, it's still hotel-managed, and the entire decor is stunning, even the hallways are full of ethnic charm. The hotel facilities and service are excellent. We arrived in the afternoon on the first day, went swimming, tried sand therapy, sat in the cafe, took some photos, and then went to the grape night market about 100 meters away for dinner. It was very relaxing."
