"The hotel is newly opened, and my first impression was the enormous parking lot – super convenient for parking. The room facilities are excellent; it's clean, bright, and I particularly loved the view of the mountains and stream from the room, giving a very peaceful and comfortable feel. The service from the lady staff member was gentle, enthusiastic, and patient. Although I don't know her name, I really appreciated her. The food in the restaurant was also good, though some dishes were a bit salty. In winter, not many places are open in town, so this restaurant became our go-to, and it was genuinely good! I'd definitely recommend it to friends!"

"We booked this guesthouse on Trip.com in advance for our self-driving trip to the Taihang Grand Canyon during the Spring Festival. The overall experience was warm and hassle-free. The owner provides butler-style service, proactively calling to confirm our needs before our arrival and even coming to the parking lot to help with our luggage after we got there. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The guesthouse is located on the north side of Linzhou Taihang Grand Canyon, only 5 kilometers from the scenic area, making it very convenient for self-driving. There's a public parking lot about 1 kilometer south that supports EV charging, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. I stayed in a lake-view king room, which came with a huge scenic balcony offering an expansive view directly facing the beautiful Taihang mountain scenery. The views in the morning and evening were particularly therapeutic. The only minor drawback was that the indoor space was a bit compact, and the bathroom layout was similar to an RV design – fully functional but a bit cramped. The dining experience was a big plus. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, with a rich variety of fresh ingredients that tasted simple yet delicious. The guesthouse also offers lunch and dinner, with authentic local flavors and good value for money. What delighted my child the most was a gentle and friendly dog living at the guesthouse, which added a lot of fun to our trip. Overall, it's a cozy guesthouse very suitable for family road trips and getting closer to nature."

"The location is excellent. Although it's not in the city center, it's a 20-minute drive to the Red Flag Canal Memorial Museum, 45 minutes to Youth Cave, and 15 minutes to the highway exit. Some rooms even offer views of the Taihang Mountain sunset. It's definitely a top choice for self-driving travelers. The surrounding area is still under development, so dining and supermarket facilities aren't fully established yet, but food delivery is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast isn't extravagant but certainly satisfying, with options like spicy soup (Húlàtāng), noodles, and rice vermicelli. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are all very warm and welcoming. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the facilities are comprehensive. I used the gym's treadmill and the self-service laundry and dryer, which were great! The free, unlimited coffee in the hotel lobby is absolutely the icing on the cake. I highly recommend everyone to experience it!"

"The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, making for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there's a private, guarded parking lot. The surrounding area is great, with plenty of food options and supermarkets for convenient shopping. Breakfast is also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. This was a return visit for me, and I didn't hesitate to book this hotel again. There's also something that made us feel incredibly touched: our car door was unlocked in the parking lot. In the middle of the night, someone tried to break in. The security guard spotted them and they fled. The hotel manager was called from home at 2 or 3 in the morning. They called the police. After calling the police, they didn't wake us up. They said we were older and had been tired from a full day of sightseeing, and they didn't want to disturb our sleep. They only told us about the unlocked car door at 6 AM. We rushed down, and they told us that the security guard saw our car was unlocked. He was supposed to go off duty but stayed on watch until we came down. Their dedication deeply moved us. We want to thank the hotel manager and the security guard again."

"Hygiene: The towels appeared to have black lint, though it wasn't immediately noticeable. The laundry likely didn't wash them properly; consider replacing them. Facilities: The water temperature was low; it wasn't hot enough for washing hair, and the temperature would drop even further when there were many guests using the water. The floor drain had a slight odor. The kettle socket was on the side and not easily visible; a sign would be helpful. It would be beneficial to provide a bar of soap in the room, especially for those with oily skin or who don't like using shower gel. Soap is a standard feature in larger hotels. No plastic slippers were provided, so you have to shower barefoot, which can be slippery and dangerous. Providing slippers would be recommended. The soundproofing was okay, and the mattress and bedding were comfortable. However, improvements to the above points would make the room even better!"

"We chose Linzhou for our last stop on our South Taihang self-driving trip. Dinner at the fifth-floor restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel room was spacious, and it was incredibly quiet at night. Although it's located within a vocational college, there are still bubble tea and snack shops available. Parking was convenient, and breakfast was also good."

"I forgot to take pictures, but I have to give this place a 5-star review. The value for money is just incredible. The hotel is in a great location near Linzhou People's Park and has its own parking lot, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. The facilities are very new. We even got a room upgrade on Qingming Festival, which included a small living room and a separate walk-in closet – we were really pleased with that. The living room also had a tea table and an incense burner; lighting some sandalwood incense really helped me sleep soundly. The toilet, shower, and sink are all separate, and the electric kettle, towels, and bath towels were all new and felt very safe to use. The toiletries were custom-made with a cypress scent, which was lovely. The cleanliness was excellent for a hotel. Breakfast was generous, with a good variety of fruits. It's a hotel with a Chinese aesthetic, and I loved that each item, like the toothbrushes, combs, and amenity kits, had a poem printed on it."
