"Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. "Great experience. They have a contact with you to pick you up to/from the airport and helps a lot with everything. You can write them on WeChat and they will answer immediately about everything - that’s very valiable for foreigners who can get lost somewhere . Moreover, rooms are clean and big. Near the hotel you can find shops and cafes. Even after 10 pm some of them work and you can grab some food. At breakfast in the hotel you can find eggs, some Chinese food and tasty Chinese “bread”. So, I stay here in may and June and all was fine. Will stay next time. Thanx!!!"

Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was brand new and spotless. Environment: The hotel is connected to the terminal, just a five to six-minute walk away, making it an ideal stay for transit passengers and those with late-night flights. Service: The front desk staff were efficient and processed my check-in in a flash."

I wasn't sure about the best way to get around to other places, and the receptionist patiently listed all the transportation options for me. They suggested taking the subway or high-speed rail, explaining that both were convenient and could get me where I needed to go. It was really thoughtful! The front desk staff were great – the lady checking us in proactively told us about breakfast times and the Wi-Fi password, and even helped us with our luggage, which was a lovely touch. When we entered the room, a pleasant scent immediately greeted us, which was very nice. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was pristine, and all the toiletries we needed were provided. The facilities were comprehensive, with a TV, air conditioning, and a hairdryer all available. Breakfast was a rich and varied buffet. For this price, including airport shuttle service and breakfast, it's truly excellent value for money."

"This hotel is a great option if you have an early flight from Tianfu Airport, which is about 60 kilometers from the city center. You can stay here the night before. The room was clean, and you can even watch movies. For just 5 yuan, it's a good way to pass the time. Plus, they offer free airport shuttle service, which is fantastic!"

The hotel's overall environment is simple and clean, and it even has a self-service laundry room with a washer and dryer, which is incredibly convenient – no need to worry about clothes not drying if I'm only staying one night. There's also an ironing machine, which is very handy for wrinkled shirts if you want to look neat. Public areas are regularly cleaned. The room hygiene was perfect, the bedding was clean and skin-friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained. Miss Juluo made the check-in process simple. Overall, my stay was an excellent experience."

"I stayed here for several nights in a row, and the environment is top-notch. If you're not rushing for a flight, you can definitely arrive early and settle in. The airport shuttle service here is super convenient with fixed schedules, making round trips a breeze and very reliable. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind. There were a lot of flight attendants, so I felt like I was staying among the crew. There are many buildings, and the night view is beautiful. They also have fitness facilities for workouts."

"The room is spacious and big enough for one night stay to catch flight next day , the staff are helpful and simple Chengdu style breakfast is enough for me . Picked me at metro station and drop me at tianfu airport ( very near ) is excellent. Downside is the room has smoke smell even I requested non smoking room and the  room’ window is facing corridor so, you can hear people talking and walking outside your room, worse is they talk so loud at midnight and early morning while they might just check in or check out that time. Owner should put reminders for guests to keep silent and disturb other guests especially during midnight and early morning. The guest house is located in a village and attached with restaurant , food is good .good for layovers."
