"The room is very spacious It’s located at a convenient location with eateries nearby. Very quiet at night and travellers can have a good rest at night. "Highlights: ✨ This hotel is incredibly photogenic, especially the Crystal Chapel on the 5th floor. Its pristine glass structure, long white walkway, and the mirror-like pool perfectly reflecting the building's silhouette create a serene atmosphere. It's an absolute must-visit photo spot! ✨ The location is excellent. It's about a 5-minute walk to Big City shopping mall and a 15-minute walk to Chenghuang Temple Night Market. The parking lot is spacious with plenty of spots, making it easy to park. 🛋️ Accommodation Experience: • Mysterious Odor: The most unpleasant part was the inexplicable odor that occasionally emanated from the room or hallway, which was a real drawback. • Bed Comfort: The room's hardware was decent, but the bed and pillows were quite soft and lacked sufficient support. 🍳 Breakfast Performance: • Overall, the breakfast selection was quite rich, featuring ice cream, drinks, and desserts. I particularly recommend the freshly fried sunny-side-up eggs and omelets – they were excellent! Other hot dishes were pretty standard. The room design felt a bit dated, and the power outlets were in rather odd places. Details like chipped wood or tiles at the corners of door sills were noticeable, but this is also reflected in the room rate."

"I always stay here when I visit Hsinchu. The rooms are spacious, and the location is super convenient. It's definitely my top choice! I especially love the blueberry vinegar among the free drinks; besides coffee, they now even have two types of Thai milk tea, which is a great addition! 👍 The breakfast selection isn't huge, but they change it up a bit every day, which is nice and keeps things from getting boring. Right next to the hotel is a very popular vegetarian restaurant. Their soups are packed with ingredients, and the chestnuts in them are incredibly fragrant. Just make sure to check their opening days as they have quite a few days off. But they get a lot of dine-in and takeout orders, and every bowl is cooked fresh, so the owners (I think?) are super busy! 🤣"

"Hotel location is very good and convenient to move around. Room is spacious and clean.  Hotel has free coffee and tea in the lobby whole day with water dispensers available at several floors. In the evening they also have free bath salts and herbs and essential oil for customers to take for baths. Breakfast in hotel is ok. No gym or pool though. For price range I think this hotel is good value!"

"I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is superb, very convenient with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and professional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice separate wet and dry area, and the attention to detail was impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!"

"Location is average, seems like walking distance to most places being in the city center but yet not quite exactly walking distance especially with the rain. The room is a good size, so is the bathroom with both standing shower and a bathtub. Water pressure in the shower is good. The power supply is only at 110v so the hair dryer is weak and takes a while to dry the hair. I've read comments about the weak hair dryer earlier so I brought my own but didn't expect the power supply to be so weak my own wouldn't work Bed and pillow are a little soft for my liking. Charging sockets are also limited and while there were 2 universal sockets at the working desk, they are so close to each other you can't plug in both at the same time. There's also a pool and gym here but we didn't get to use it during our short stay here. There's also a sand pit play area for kids on the same level as the pool and gym."

"I chose this place for a short business trip primarily because it offered parking. I overlooked the 6 PM check-in time, so I had to go out and kill some time before returning. I had originally picked it thinking it was closer to Fukutang Ganban-yoku (rock bath). There are hardly any shops or amenities nearby, and it's located on a very busy road. The price wasn't particularly cheap either. At night, you can feel subtle tremors, almost like mini-earthquakes, caused by the frequent passage of large trucks. Earplugs are provided, but if you're sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. Personally, I was so utterly exhausted that I just collapsed into bed and slept, so it didn't bother me too much!"

"For three consecutive years, Hsinchu competitions have lived in this ～～ station every time I go out with the team members. It is very convenient to arrive within three minutes! The environment is also very good. There is also breakfast. You can choose a meal when you check in. You can get the meal the next morning! The service is also very good!"
