Cleanliness is ok and the bathroom can be seen is newly refurbished without icky looking old tiles. All basic amenities are provided they even have free self service laundry and dryer service. The hotel is generous and even have an individual drinking water dispenser in the room. Fair price with breakfast provided. Couldn't ask for more at this pricing.

The breakfast is good , and it covers about 1/3 of the room rate.
Very close to everything. Some cigarettes smell because there’re people smoking inside the room. Overall it’s a very pleasant experience.

It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Hsinchu Railway Station. It is very convenient. It is very easy to go to other places by bus from here. It is recommended for families. The price is affordable. Breakfast is included. It is full. Don’t expect too much.
