"Absolutely satisfied! First off, the location is truly excellent, right at the exit of both the subway and high-speed rail. You step out of the high-speed rail and you're there, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, which is a huge plus. Secondly, when I arrived, they told me the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk staff upgraded my room type! I'm really grateful for that! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you again! The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how warm it felt every time I came back from outside. The staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. The self-service laundry is another bonus; I often choose Atour hotels just for this feature! I also loved the complimentary black tea and biscuits in the room. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance."

It's incredibly convenient for taxis or ride-sharing services. Downstairs, you'll find the Zhuozhan Shopping Center and Wanda Plaza, so shopping, dining, and catching a movie are all just steps away. What was even more delightful was discovering that just across the street is the former site of the Bank of China's Changchun headquarters from before liberation. For history buffs and photography enthusiasts, you can easily snap some fantastic photos when passing by in the morning or evening. **Room Experience: Spotless and Cozy** Staying during Chinese New Year, the room was decorated with a lovely festive atmosphere. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and they even offered a choice of pillows, which meant even someone like me, who struggles with sleeping in new beds, had a great night's sleep. Shangri-La's renowned 'hospitality' was fully evident here. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage and guiding me to the front desk, to the warm towels and tea offered by the front desk staff during check-in, every detail exuded warmth. I asked a lobby staff member about local dining recommendations, and she not only described the dining environment and approximate distance in detail but also thoughtfully reminded us of the convenience of getting around: a central hub for exploring attractions. Using the hotel as our base, our itinerary for the past few days was incredibly smooth: a taxi ride to Nanhu Park, Changchun Zoological and Botanical Garden, Ice and Snow World, and Ocean Fantasy Park were all within a reasonable distance. After a day of exploring, returning to the hotel meant easy access to the bustling commercial area downstairs for food and shopping. If you're planning a trip to Changchun, especially in winter when you want both comfort and convenience, the Shangri-La Changchun is an choice you won't regret. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's the perfect base to truly experience the charm of this city. "The room was excellent! First off, it was very clean. When I first walked in, the scent was pleasant and not overwhelmingly sweet. The laundry service was also fantastic. Every time I went to the laundry room, as soon as I was about to start, an employee would come over to help me. After the clothes were washed and dried, they'd be hung on my doorknob, so I'd have clean clothes the next day. The front desk service was good too. When I went for late-night congee, the staff were very welcoming and even told me they had dumplings and steamed buns in addition to the congee! 👍"

"Very nice hotel with friendly front desk staff and neat room with super comfy king size bed! Location not in Changchun downtown centre but easy access to anywhere by DiDi car ride. Quite many restaurants around the hotel but quality was just the local-okay ones. Personal favorite was 王記醬骨頭館 which is 15mins away by car, their Shandong food was superb and good price, we love it! Hotel breakfast was great in the varieties and taste! Yet one of the remarks to the hotel is, the shower gel bottle was totally empty when we checked in the room so my recommendation is if the housekeeping quality can be enhanced it would be a perfect hotel for holiday that we enjoyed so much! It was a good value choice indeed 👍"

"I booked this hotel because of its excellent location and long history, as older hotels usually offer great service and hygiene. It's located at the South Square of Changchun Station, with direct access via an underground passage. The hotel has a rich history, and the interior decor and furnishings show the care taken during its original construction, giving it a strong vintage character. I booked a standard room, which was very spacious and clean, and came with complimentary snacks. However, there were two very unsatisfactory aspects. First, the daytime front desk staff on the day of check-in was extremely unfamiliar with the procedures. It took a long time for her to explain the room details during check-in. At the same time, another guest came down to check out, and she went to assist them, leaving us waiting. Eventually, a manager seemed to step in and resolve the issue. The night shift front desk staff, on the other hand, handled things very efficiently, quickly verifying IDs and fulfilling requests – that was satisfactory. The other issue was the sound insulation. After we had been sleeping for a while, we were suddenly woken up by extremely loud noise. It sounded like someone in the next room was blow-drying their hair, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it felt like it was happening right next to my ear. We could also hear people talking clearly. It was just ridiculous. I can understand if soundproofing isn't perfect, but this level of poor insulation is something I've never experienced before. I hope they provide more training for new staff."

"Really super super good! It should be a few days after the opening. The room we first booked was a bit of a new decoration. After telling the front desk, we gave us a deluxe double room for free! There is almost no smell in this room! The environment bedding is very clean! The young lady at the front desk has a super good service attitude and is almost responsive! Next time I have a chance to come to Changchun, I will stay at this hotel! ! Really clean! The things in the house are brand new! Even the film of the TV has not been torn off! There is a small problem, the bathroom clothesline design is a bit problematic, pull the clothesline out there is no way to open and close the bathroom door."

"The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was clean and bright, which was a plus. The bedding and towels were very comfortable. The laundry room was a bit cramped. The service was decent; when we first checked in, our room smelled like smoke. We reported it to the front desk, and the staff responded quickly and actively resolved the issue by moving us to a different room. The hotel is relatively new, conveniently located on a main street for easy access to transportation, and only a few kilometers from Nanhu Park and the Changchun Film Studio Museum. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast was varied and delicious."
