"The location is convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel shares a building with other hotels and office spaces, which means you have to use six office elevators to get upstairs. It gets really crowded and noisy, especially during rush hour. The underfloor heating is unstable – it's either too cold or too hot, and you can't adjust it yourself. Calling the front desk didn't help much; when it was hot, it reached 31 degrees Celsius, making it suffocating, so we had no choice but to open the window! The hotel is relatively new, but the wallpaper behind the TV is already peeling off. Everything else was good; the front desk staff was very polite, and the aunties in the breakfast restaurant were lovely. Breakfast itself was just so-so."

"This was my third stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right across from Changchun Station, making transportation incredibly convenient with bus stops, a subway station, and the airport shuttle all nearby. The rooms offer expansive views and great natural light, are well-equipped, and feature comfortable and quiet bedding. The hotel restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. The staff are also very warm and welcoming."

"it is a nice hotel. easily check in and check out, quiet and easy to find, just exit metro line 1 (remin guangchang station exit A) cross the straight from the traffic light. follow the main road sidewalk and pass the busstop, the hotel just in front of you. need excess card to take the elevator, privacy ensure. daily cleanup. tv is easy to use to watch free programme. aircond can be use so that u won't feel cold during wi9nter. hot water and water pressure is good even though I was in 21st floor. there is a mini market at the lobby and you can order outside food, they can send it to your room door."

"Absolutely satisfied! First off, the location is truly excellent, right at the exit of both the subway and high-speed rail. You step out of the high-speed rail and you're there, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, which is a huge plus. Secondly, when I arrived, they told me the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk staff upgraded my room type! I'm really grateful for that! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you again! The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how warm it felt every time I came back from outside. The staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. The self-service laundry is another bonus; I often choose Atour hotels just for this feature! I also loved the complimentary black tea and biscuits in the room. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance."

"The overall environment and service were truly impressive. Angela was genuinely warm and enthusiastic with guests, and her service was efficient and thoughtful – you could really feel her dedication in every detail. Mary upgraded me to a sunnier room in advance, so waking up to bright sunshine after opening the curtains was a fantastic experience! I was also very pleased with He Miao's room cleaning. The hotel is directly opposite MixC shopping mall, and the subway station is right downstairs. The hotel food was good, the room decor was cozy, and all facilities worked perfectly, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was a very enjoyable experience, five stars!"

"The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the train station, and the subway entrance is right at the station exit. The staff were very efficient; check-in was quick. My first impression of the room was great. While it doesn't have underfloor heating, the central heating was still a bit cool. I have to complain about the shower amenities – why aren't they on a caddy inside the shower? It's so inconvenient... Also, the drainage in the bathroom wasn't great. Maybe it was just my room, though!"
