Nice hotel. Exclusive breakfast. Located at Khiva old town, all attractions are walkable. The owner is nice. He switches on 3 heaters for us as the weather is below 0°C, extremely cold.. He also arranged a taxi for us to Bukhara. Its cost 80USD, take 6 hours to reach. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved everything! A new hotel, sparkling clean, with fresh linens, towels, and a comfortable bed. There's a safe, and the breakfasts are fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk to the main attractions. They greeted us with tea and local sweets upon arrival. Check-in is officially at 3 PM, but we arrived at 12 PM and they immediately let us check in. They even upgraded our room without any extra charge! When they found out it was my husband's birthday, they brought a complimentary hotel treat to our room – raisins and nuts. In the evening, we ordered dinner on the terrace with a view of the old town. We were the only ones on the terrace, making it incredibly romantic – the old town, delicious food, and the moon. The hotel staff wished my husband a happy birthday and even gifted us a bottle of wine. We absolutely loved the hotel and the service; everything was top-notch. Thank you so much!

This hotel is located within Ichon Qala, the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Khiva. The cleanliness, location, service, facilities, and amenities were all wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind. It was the best quality hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan, and I would love to visit again! Очень удобное расположение отеля - находится в старом городе, но не в самом центре, а на окраине, при этом до центра 3 минуты пешком. Из-за такого расположения в отеле достаточно тихо. Дали номер с балконом на втором этаже, из которого о коыааося прекрасный вид на старый город. Но номер и ванная очень маленькие, постельное бельё свежее и новое. Завтрак скудный и холодный, но достаточно вкусный. Зернового кофе нет. В отеле есть терраса, с которой открывается красивые в виды на город.

The hotel was clean to change to shoes, and the room was clean and comfortable. At breakfast, my eldest son's boy taught me how to eat delicious food. In addition, this owner also has a travel agency, and I had a taxi to Bukhara via the owner's recommended Ayazukara. I didn't have much time in Ayazukara because I left Hiba after 15:00, but the sunset over the desert seen from Ayazukara was difficult to change. I would like to stay again when I go to Hiba.

The location is great. It's right next to the eastern city wall and only a five-minute walk to the center of Ichan Kala. The atmosphere is homey, but the staff are just the right distance away, making it a very comfortable stay.

Located in the old city of Khiva, it's not far from the main attractions. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite delicious. We stayed for two consecutive nights and have already recommended it to friends.

The hotel is located inside Ichan Qal’a. It is new, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, and the hotel offers beautiful views. It also features a rooftop terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery.
