BBababubuTo be honest a little pricey for a small room. But it definitely is an iconic hotel and the lobby is beautiful. Ducks are cute and the hotel is duck-themed. Parking is extremely expensive, 40 dollars.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right at the train station, and so is perfect if you are catching the AMTRAK. The rooms were pleasant and the staff were friendly. The bar is very trendy though was understaffed and so whilst we were there, it took ages to get served.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel that is on walking distance from Beale street. They have swimming pool inside, but no jacuzzi, even though I saw it on one of the pictures when booking. Breakfast is ok. Parking is $35 a day.

Came here for a conference. It was a very convenient experience as the hotel is located along the Main Street and is in walkable distance to Renasant Convention Centre. There is also a Main Street Trolley station right outside the gate, so it is also suitable if you wish to go to somewhere slightly more faraway. Furthermore, there are a few convenience stores/restaurants/pharmacies within 5 minutes walking distance. I would like to recommend here if you want a cost effective option for conferences.

Must give this hotel a big thumbs up! As soon as you enter the room, the spacious and bright space makes you feel happy. The decoration style is simple and stylish, the furniture is brand new, the facilities are complete, and the toiletries are also of high quality. The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient dining and shopping nearby. What was even more surprising was the breakfast, which had a rich variety and tasted great, making for a great start to the day!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. The room is clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the river view and the pyramids by the large glass window.

JjenwhiteMy husband and I had a good stay room was clean the guy that checked us in that night is very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast could be up graded to a hot breakfast it was pretty lame. Other that had wonderful stay. Thank you.
