At two o'clock in the morning of the US East, we just got off the plane, took the children and luggage, and ran around the strange snow city to find a hotel. Finally, negotiate with Ctrip to resolve the difference and compensation. 1. Keep payment vouchers; 2. Smooth communication, don't let emotions judge; 3. Stick to defending their rights and interests. I don't mention the excessive requirements, but I don't want a penny.
