GGuest UserLoved this stay! Gorgeous hotel with a spacious room in the middle of Songkhla Old Town. Super convenient to walk around and explore the area.
LLung TsangThe hotel is located in walking distance from Songkhla old town/night market, and refurbished out of an ancient if not heritage building. It showcases the beauty of Thai Chinese interior design: every single display item brings back lots of nostalgia from the good old rosy days. The only drawback is the sound insulation as I could hear the convo from my fellow visitors next doors during my stay and also the sounds from outside (cat meows and roosters singing). Luckily i had my ear plugs so still managed to sleep. It seems the rooms on ground floor are nicer than those at second floor.
IIlja G.Room 4B was insufficiently cleaned at check-in, with hair and lint scattered all over the floor. After we complained, the floor was swept. At our request, the room was eventually mopped as well. However, the corners of the room and the area under the desk remained dirty. The kitchen floor was sticky and disgusting.
Only later did we realize that the entire room was affected by mold, as there was no ventilation and no way to open a window for fresh air. Never again!
LLT Familythe room is large, the bed is comfortable, but there is a peculiar smell in the room, but when i enter the room, but i am used to it for a while.there is breakfast, there is a parking lot,not far from the old town.
GGuest UserVery comfortable hotel to stay. Everything ok, smooth check in process.. will repeat again to stay here. But not sure about the breakfast whether is it halal or not.
GGuest UserGreat location, very close to Samila Beach, right by the sea. The hotel is large, and the rooms are spacious, renovated, clean, and look new. It's affordable considering the ambiance. If I get a chance to visit Songkhla again, I'll definitely stay here.
TTangmoz TangmozI stayed on the second floor of a lovely house. The location is excellent, allowing me to easily walk everywhere. Breakfast was delicious roti with chicken curry. There's a small, chill garden. You have to take off your shoes on the first floor and walk up to the hotel. The floor is wooden, so it can be noisy and there are some small pebbles stuck to your feet.
The room was lovely, beautifully decorated, and the color scheme was nice. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. It was quite narrow, and the rain shower was difficult to adjust the heat. Other than that, everything else was great.
CChen_yexuConditions in Songkhla are limited. The hotel is very unique, but it is better not to have breakfast. We only had breakfast on the first day, and it was very unpalatable. We did not have breakfast afterwards. It was just like a homestay. We stayed for three nights and there was no room service.
