Overall, the experience was good. The room was clean and comfortable, though the toilet in the bathroom had a slight odor. The facilities were new and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The location is a bit out of the way, making shopping and dining options a bit far. Luckily, the hotel has its own restaurant, which was convenient for dinner.

A decent 5* hotel in Songkhla, although some distance away from the beach area, about 30 minutes by car, so it depends what you want to do as to whether it’s the right location for you. We were there for 4 nights and hired a vehicle but Grab taxis are relatively cheap. It was a relaxing hotel with good amenities and service. The only downside was the shower temperature. You would set it and then after 5 minutes or so there would be a sudden surge of water pressure and it would get extremely hot for about 1 minute before returning to the original temperature. Not sure if this occurred in the other hotel rooms but it certainly did on our Room ***

The hotel is awesome… beautiful for taking photo… room is clean but my room water heater is not hot so abit cold when bath. Apart from this, all are very good… if want to go Songhkla town need to drive for 20 minutes…. overall all are good… will come back again.

Amazing venue - 5 star like any major city in the world - truly recommended!  We are riding Phuket - Songkhla and back and already stayed in 3 locations in Songkhla - I love rustic and local, but I have been 'Mr 5-Star' in the past and this place made me smile!

5 star hotel at a reasonable price. Location, the hotel is located 30min away from Hatyai. Upside is it’s great for someone trying to escape the chaos of city-life unwind and take in the surrounding landscape. Downside is it’s hard to find cheap and delicious food which are mostly in Hatyai. Staff is friendly and keen to help if asked. Room is clean and spacious. I book a river view room and requested for a high floor👍👍👍 there is a well equipped gym and always on sauna the pool is beautiful great for kids not for adults trying to do laps. There are jetski kayak rentals if you’re not afraid of what’s in the river 😅 will definitely go back if have the chance
