Service is excellent, all the staff from reception to door man is very helpful, clean and spotless room, but the amenities is not too satisfying compare to other hotel with the same price
Location is perfect, near by gate 310 (men’s gate), and if you walk a little towards buggy cart to Quba, there are a lot of gift shops for shopping free with more affordable price than gift shops near Nabawi women’s gate

MichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Jayden Hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Al Haram and one of the closest hotels to Rawdah. Because of this, I was able to go for all five daily prayers easily.
The reception staff, especially Masara, was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The bellboy, Nazmul, and the rest of the staff were also kind and very helpful throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Madinah.

Anonymous UserOur stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special.
Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome.
Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. We left with hearts full of gratitude and peace, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
Highly recommended! A 5-star experience in every sense!

I was really impressed with the hotel, location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very clean and always had a pleasant smell all the time. Rooms were very spacious, even the bathroom was very big. Room had a safe, ironing board and tge complementary tea, coffee and water bottles, which I thought was a nice touch.
Staff were very friendly, both the housekeeping and on reception. Always made you feel welcome and always offering to help. There are 4 lifts, which are quite fast but during peak times can take a while to get in and out of them. But to work around that, you just leave earier for prayers, Masjid Nabawi is less than 5 minutes away, so location was excellent and you have all eatery close by.

Guest UserThis hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay on the green dome side, only 5 minutes walk. And the hotel is right next to saffiya museum and the new restaurants, so many good ones to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, and cheap pakistani food is also available, and lots of clothes shops. So everything is nearby.
Only ladies prayer area is further away, but I didn't mind walking.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Guest UserWe had a very difficult and unexpected stay in Madinah, as I had to extend our booking several times while travelling back and forth to the hospital to care for my father.
The service from the team was truly excellent. Every time we needed to extend our stay, I requested to remain in the same room so that we would not have to keep packing and moving our belongings during such a stressful time. The hotel staff did their best to make it happen for us, and that meant more than they probably realised.
When my father was discharged from the hospital, they were also kind enough to offer us a more accessible room that was easier for a wheelchair. It made things much more manageable for our family.
Thank you to the Front Desk team and everyone involved for being patient, understanding and accommodating throughout our stay. Your kindness made a very difficult period a little easier for us.

Mira SeraphinaOverall, I had a pleasant stay. I did find some hair on the bed sheet on the first day, but aside from that, everything was fine. The room has an amazing view of the Haram and the staff are great, especially Mr Muotaz and Mr Mumin. They’re very friendly and easy to talk to. Some staff may take a bit of time to understand requests, so you might need to be patient and follow up. If the room cleaning could be improved, I’d definitely give it a 5. Overall, I had a great stay in Madinah.
