Hotels with Parking in Medina

The hotel is a relatively new one, with the rooms being exquisitely decorated and clean. Love the nude and calming colours used in the rooms. My stay was comfortable, and service was good. The hotel is just a stones throw away from Masjidil Nabawi, and it was convenient to be walking to the mosque for prayer which took less than 3 mins! Food was readily accessible with the many shops all around the hotel. I did find it odd that the hotel is advertised on trip with a no-child policy yet they told me that it was not true when I checked with the staff. I would have preferred it to be an adult only hotel since that was why I wanted to book anyway, because the room walls were quite thin, and we could hear kids screaming in the other rooms haha! But just small issue of course.

I enjoyed stayted at Elaf Taiba, the staff are friendly and kind. The cleaner at Level 7 very responsible and care about us. He clean our room (708) everyday, but we cannot meet him at our last day stay (22/9/26). We wish to stay here again and pray that Allah will invite our family to perform Umrah again and again. Thank you for your excellent service ElafTaiba staff. The cafe staff serve me with free ”cold karak chai” after we ordered a piece of cake.. he said this is the first time he made a cold karak chai.. well-done your karak chai is marvelous... Thank you

I recently stayed at Madinah Hilton as a solo traveler, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is exceptional—just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it very convenient for prayers at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable staying alone, and the excellent service made my visit even more memorable. I would definitely choose Madinah Hilton again on my next visit to Madinah and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the Prophet’s Mosque. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. I was given a room overlooking a construction site, despite specifically asking for a quiet room at reception. I requested a change, and that's when things got complicated! They kept moving me to different floors, but never away from the infamous construction. This happened 3 or 4 times, and each time I had to navigate crowded elevators that stopped on many floors, all while lugging my suitcases. Eventually, I asked the duty manager to resolve the issue and, if possible, give me a room on a lower floor to avoid the elevator stress – it was the least they could do after all that. He asked me to wait. I was practically in tears, exhausted from a long overnight flight; all I wanted was my room so I could rest. Then, he gave me a room on the highest floor of the hotel. It didn't face the construction, but it was a connecting room with families who gathered there day and night, talking loudly, and he told me that I had paid for a room, and that was that. His behavior was neither professional nor friendly, but rather malicious and sly. I strongly advise against staying here.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Concierge were always helpful. The quadruple room was comfortable and suitable for our stay. Overall, the room was still comfortable and practical. Distance is the main reason for me choosing this hotel. It’s only about a few minute walk to the mosque entrance.

The hotel was perfectly located near the Masjid al Nabawi and restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and accommodate my request for early check in. Highly recommend the hotel.

It was pleasant stay over all , check in was super quick , rooms were spacious and tidy , bathroom was nice and clean with all utilities, don’t forget to turn on heater switch before using warm water , break fast was plenty with buffet including hot and cold items, shuttle service was provided with timings set but Madina Masjid wasn’t that far so could walk 10-15 minutes, staff was very welcoming and helpful, never had complaints during my trip , would definitely stay again on my next trip .
