Guest UserVery well located right in the city center. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh juice, fruit salad, bread, pastries, scrambled or fried eggs, ham and cheese...very complete.
We highly recommend it!

The hotel, about 10 minutes walk from the historical old town near the train station, offers over the facilities, which you also expect a free parking in the hotel's own deep garage. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast offered on the 12th floor offers a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding area, along with food and drinks.

We came to spend a night in this hotel on Sunday Easter. Very nice and well designed hotel. The first double standard table we stayed was very small. We asked for change to one at the same level but with better view and were very reasonable.
The spa entrances were not controlled, which led to overtime of people at the time. The restaurant area is the same as breakfast area, and the food is median. It is preferable dinner in the city center since we are at 500m. very good breakfast.
Free parking very limited.

Très bel hôtel bien situé au cœur historique de Guimarães. Il manquait juste un petit réfrigérateur dans notre chambre. Accueil parfait.

Guest UserVery good quality of service, impeccable facilities. Super varied breakfast.
Extremely comfortable and super recent room. Hotel facilities were very good, unfortunately we weren't able to use the pool but from what we saw it was very good quality.

Guest UserThe hotel’s sports facilities are first-rate, but the mattresses are relatively hard and need to be improved.
The staff is friendly, the SPA is quite good, the 25-meter swimming pool is great, the GYM is very powerful, and the Gym staff is very nice and friendly.
The breakfast can be improved, it can be said to be right, but not very good.
One night the air conditioner broke down and they changed the room at noon. It was not very pleasant, but the staff tried to solve all the problems in the most friendly way, which left me with a bittersweet taste because I woke up very tired, but Can't be disrupted because people want to solve it in a very friendly way, generally I recommend the hotel and will repeat it again regardless of defects.

Pascual haThe ideal place to relax, in an area halfway between Guimarães and Braga. It lacks a restaurant with more than just pasta and pizza. But everything is fine.
