Hotels with Bars in Guimaraes

This hotel has a fantastic central location, which is its biggest selling point. However, there are a few things to know before booking. the parking: while they offer underground parking for €5 a day, it’s not on-site. It’s quite a walk from the hotel, and there is no lift in the garage, only stairs. If you are traveling with heavy luggage, this is a real challenge, as you’ll have to carry your bags up and down those stairs.For a 4-star property, I was also surprised by the lack of concierge service and some dated room features. Our room was very dark due to poor lighting, and the safe wasn’t working. The door also requires an old-fashioned key to lock and unlock, which felt a bit inconvenient. On a positive note, we chose to sit outside for breakfast, and the outdoor setting was very pleasant and made for a nice start to the day.

The hotel, about 10 minutes walk from the historical old town near the train station, offers over the facilities, which you also expect a free parking in the hotel's own deep garage. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast offered on the 12th floor offers a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding area, along with food and drinks.

O hotel é limpo e o café da manhã é simples, mas é bom. O quarto era silencioso, porém tinha cheiro desagradável de cigarro. Eu reservei um quarto de não fumador, Conversei com a atendente e não tinha mais quartos disponíveis para a troca na primeira noite, porém na noite poderiam fazer a troca. Acabei por não trocar porque só iria ficar mais uma noite.
