A cash withdrawal fee is about 3 knives, but you can basically buy the card and use less cash. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, it tastes good.

This is the first hotel I stayed in in Namibia. It is located in the downtown area of Windhoek. Although it is not a bustling street, it is not far from the National Museum and Lutheran Gospel Church. It is more convenient to go out. The hotel is not big, but there is free parking. The hotel's house is a bungalow, the room is moderate, there is a big bed, the furniture is simple, but practical, and there are shower facilities in the bathroom. I am warmhearted that the hostess at the front desk learned that my passport was lost at the foreign currency exchange office at the airport. I immediately contacted the airport and helped me find the passport. I was excited and burst into tears. This is the mistake I made on the first day of my trip to Africa. Standard facility. Great location. Near to the international airport road. Breakfast was disappointing. Not advisable to include breakfast when booking. Otherwise, all other facilities were okay.

Favorite hotel in Windhoek, the rooms are out of this world and the place feels totally out of this world. Amazing breakfast too. One of my favorite hotels I've stayed out, 10/10

The location of the hotel is very good, only a few minutes away from the shopping center. Excellent service, first-class restaurant, delicious food. The size is good and the room is clean. The biggest black spot is the brightness of the room all night, this is because the outside light of the hotel enters through the windows, there are no blinds. So there are lights...

All in all, it's a good place for a day or two. Location is not too far from everything of interest, security is good. They have a pool and sell beers when shops are closed. AC and fridge worked perfectly well. No issues with hot water as well. Staff was great. My only complaint is the twin bed in a room marked as a double - even though it was clearly stated that there are twin beds, a double should have a double bed. My sleep was not too comfy in a setup with two small beds posing as one king/queen one. But overall I had a pleasant stay. Can recommend.
