The location is convenient — just one stop from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for anyone attending a concert at Saitama Super Arena — it’s only one station away!

The staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended!

Located right by a vibrant commercial street, you'll have endless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Omiya Park is also conveniently just a 10-minute walk away.

GGuest UserThe rice balls for breakfast were delicious. Thank you for the meal. I stayed here for an event at Tama Arena. It was a bit of a hassle because I had to change trains twice, but it was less than a minute's walk from Iwatsuki Station to the hotel, and there was a convenience store right next door, so I was able to relax at the hotel.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was delicious, and the welcome bar was open from 6pm, offering a variety of alcoholic drinks for free. The staff were also very friendly and made a lasting impression. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Omiya.

OOmusubinIt was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there was a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. I arrived late at night, but I was able to check in at the front desk. I checked out myself when I left. There is also a large public bath on the top floor. It was open until 11 PM, so I used it from 6 AM the next morning. The breakfast was also delicious.
