It's very close to the station, and you can see the trains going by on the tracks from the window of your room.
There's a convenience store, bakery, 100-yen shop, etc. in the same building as the hotel, so it's convenient. There's a complex on the other side of the tracks, so if you're staying for a long time and suddenly need something, you can get it done right away.
The coin laundry on the 6th floor has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, which was convenient to use. The washing machine was 300 yen with detergent. The dryer was 100 yen for 30 minutes, and both were paid for with 100-yen coins.
I used it for my child's college entrance examination.
Staff is very helpful at breakfast and at home
i feel very good and comfortable going to the university exam
Thank you for being able to do it.
I would like to use it again.
There is kitchen utensils including pans and IH. You can cook everything easily. A supermarket within 5-10 walk sells a set of ingredients but food preparation is recommend if you would like gorgeous dishes. Personally, the room is the best cost performance.
Please note that the air conditioner tends to work with biased temp between the main floor and loft. To adjust the setting is necessary.

I booked for a business trip, but it was a love hotel. laughter
It is a beautiful hotel and soundproofing is perfect. It may be a good choice for those who don't care about love hotels.
There is a large shopping mall nearby, and it is also close to Omiya Station. It is convenient to go to Omiya Park and the Railway Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are relatively old, but I personally think it's okay.
I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. There were no side dishes, such as natto, nama*, seaweed, wieners, sausages, or bacon. The main side dishes were fried chicken and yakisoba on the first day, and mini hamburger steak and spaghetti Napolitana on the second day, which I felt were not suitable for breakfast. I remember that the breakfast was plentiful when I stayed at the Omiya branch, but I wonder if it's different from before or if it depends on the branch... Also, the room is very small, so it's difficult to organize your luggage. I went with two suitcases and a 45-liter backpack, so it was difficult. There is no space other than the bed. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place for those who want to be close to the station, have little luggage, and don't care about breakfast.
First time in Japan, to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice show in Saitama, a friend recommended the hotel, close to the station, very convenient for taking the bus, very friendly front desk service, excellent soundproofing in the room, stayed for 4 nights, the air conditioner was not turned on and it was not cold, the windows were large, the view was good, the breakfast was also delicious, but I found that Japanese people eat very little, I would always add more if it was not enough. Free coffee, green tea, black tea, hot water and ice water in the lobby, really convenient!
I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and bright, and the furniture was warm and comfortable, making me feel at home. The hotel also provided a rich buffet breakfast, which tasted delicious. The attitude of the service staff was also very good, making me feel at home. Overall, I was deeply impressed by this hotel and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Outstanding
WwavickyIt's about a 5-minute walk from the station. There are many department stores nearby. There is a convenience store next door downstairs. There is Yoshinoya across from the nightclub. The hotel has many and delicious breakfast options. The room space is not very basic, but there are many ingenious ideas that make the use of space efficient. Bonus points.
LLee DavidBest HOSTEL I have ever stayed, hands down. From registration upon arrival to checking out, the process is simply a breeze. Free instant noddles, curry rice, coffee and drinks from ending machines, soft ice cream, what can we ask more. Highly recommended. Will stay over again and will try the other property in KAMATA.
GGelaicimiliIt's average, no highlights, no shortcomings either. It's not far from Omiya Station, about 400 meters away, and it's small as always. This is my fourth time to Japan. My impression of Japan is that it has convenient transportation and shopping, but food and accommodation are expensive. The problem is that it's expensive and not good. I returned to China the same day I left this hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located, just a stone's throw away from JR. The room is small but well-equipped, and the breakfast selection and taste are also very good. The only drawback is that the price almost doubled during the ice show.
GGuest from PhilippinesCandeo Hotels Omiya provides top-notch accommodation for travelers visiting Japan. Its prime location close to train and bus stations ensures easy access to transportation and nearby tourist spots. With impeccable cleanliness and outstanding hospitality from the staff, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay in the area.
GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here, but it was very close to the station and the room was clean and nice! If you register as a member, you can extend your check-out time by one hour. You get a bottle of water and can use the amenities available only to members, so it's a great deal. The reception staff were very helpful and I had a great stay!
GGuest UserI stayed here because there was a live concert at Saitama Super Arena. The location was good and the amenities were well-equipped, which was very helpful. It would have been even better if they had free water.
GGuest UserDue to an unexpected flight delay, I had to wait until after 2am.
Still, I was grateful for the polite response. I've been using this hotel for the past 8 or 9 years because it's close to the station and makes it easy to get around the next day.
DDesreumauxA bit expensive for what you get c can’t check in before 8PM but they can keep your luggage (good)
A bit noisy due to construction in the hotel that starts early even during weekend .
Won’t come back.
