Hotels with Breakfast in Niigata City

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable, rooms very nice. Lots of choices of restaurant within the hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the Niigata train station (10mins?) so if it's cold and snowing, maybe abit more challenging, but on a nice weather day, it's a pleasant walk. Staff are super nice. I requested more pillows and towels, and were brought to my room very quickly.

Love everything about this hotel except for one important complaint that the pillows are small and lacking support causing neck pain the next day. Please let me know if you offer other pillows and we will definite back !

I chose this hotel because of its reputation as an old-school establishment, but I was a little disappointed. 1. I have a permanent residence in Japan, so it's understandable that the front desk would ask for my residence card. However, they also insisted on making a copy of my ID, which no other hotel in Japan has ever done, and I found that quite perplexing. 2. There were still hairs from the previous guest stuck to the shampoo bottle in the bathroom, which is simply unacceptable. I wanted to ask the front desk about it, but I was too tired in the evening to even bother. 3. On the bright side, the breakfast was quite good and varied, and the window seats offered a nice view of the city.

Check in and out is fast. Being part of JR Train Group gave it immediate accessibility in same building in 2 to 4 minutes. Hotel lobby 3rd floor is same floor with JR entrance. Besides Seven Eleven store and about 40 meters distance walking to Yoshinoya. Many food shops around South ,West,East entrance. Bic Camera just across street. Room is ok with bath separated from toilet.

夫婦と小学生子ども2人で行きました。 昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、 とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。 また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。 また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。 追伸 朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。 子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。 ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided.

The service is very good, with free drink coupons. You can also go to the same hotel next door to experience the ceramic steam bath for 500 days, which is quite comfortable. The room is indeed small for a temporary stay. It is less than a five-minute walk from the station and convenient for eating. The big camera next door has everything, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Clean and comfortable, very suitable for family travel, parking is also convenient. In short, it is highly recommended for parents and children. If you drive in Xinyi, choose this one, the service is great!

It is a tourist. It is greedy for the convenient and cheap location. The hotel itself is a type of domestic express hotel, but there is a simple breakfast. Japanese politeness and service attitude are of course very good, but the premise is to respect their politeness and culture to establish good communication. I don’t know English or Japanese. The toilet is really small and small 😂 Take a shower and basically hit it in the toilet. I don’t know if I may feel that I have a fight in the toilet. 😂

The location is very good. It is close to Niigata JR Station and the airport bus is also convenient. The surrounding is very quiet. It is not in the downtown area. There are bookstores, shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The room was a good size. The heater was too strong and a bit hot (lowest setting) Check-in time is close to check-out time. Great
