新潟駅万代口から徒歩5分圏内。ローソンが近くにある。ビルの4階だがエレベーターがあるので楽にたどり着ける。

無人対応。ドア前に各宿泊者向けのメモが貼られている。それを見ると鍵の開け方がわかるのでセキュリティ上は良くないかもしれない。
アメニティは浴室のシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープとドライヤーがある。タオルや耳栓は有料。ベッドエリアは土足禁止。
ベッドは二段。上がり口は独立していてカーテンで仕切られている。布団とライトとコンセントがある。鍵はない。足元に靴や小型のスーツケースを収納するスペースがある。
貴重品ロッカー、大型スーツケースをしまう場所があるかどうかわからなかった。
公共スペースにはソファ、作業机3台あり。
トイレは男女分かれている。シャワースペース2室は男女共用。洗面台は4台。
清潔
ベッドエリアは十分に清潔。冷房がしっかり効いている。トイレやシャワールームも清潔、換気扇の埃や鏡の曇りがある程度。
