Each room has a private open-air hot spring, mini bar soft drinking water for free, and a variety of teas and capsule coffee. There is a reading room and lounge area in the hotel garden, free drinks and desserts. I went to the reading room for a walk and was ready to leave. The waiter was afraid that I didn't know I could order the order and chased me to the door and asked if I needed a drink. For dinner, I was arranged in a tree house-like glass room. After the meal, I returned to the room and the bed was laid out, providing different embroidered bedding according to the season. It is worth mentioning that the tea and teapot prepared at night are different from the daytime. Even prepared fruit and supper, pastries in the steamer, set the time, you have to press the start. There are free drinks in the morning and evening, with juice, milk, tea and various alcohols. If you are interested, you can also observe the stars through telescopes or the southern Alps not far away. This time, the season was a bit embarrassing, and there was some snow left in the courtyard. If you come in late winter or midsummer, it must be very beautiful. In the snow, the open-air hot springs, think about it, life will be complete~

The hotel is not far from the station, about a five-minute drive away. Near the hotel is Tianyi Art Museum whose owner is an artist of traditional Shakuhachi musical instruments. The decoration and details of the hotel are very artistic. Inadvertently found a hotel with a local traditional culture atmosphere. You need to make an appointment if you have a private soup, and you can see the outdoor scenery. Public soups for men and women are separated and served 24 hours a day. The breakfast is delicious and authentic with local specialties. The dinner will provide musical instrument performance and experience. Interesting.

It's a bathing place, but there is no shower room in the room, so you have to go to the public bath to take a bath. The service is also average, it seems polite, but the corridor is carpeted, and no one is willing to help you with your luggage when you check out, so you can only pull a suitcase cart back to the room to take your luggage.

It was a sudden reservation for a night stay I was glad to have chosen here for a very polite response! The facilities, interior, atmosphere of the room, and hot springs were also very nice and I had a very good night!

If you're a foreigner, a translation tool is essential because the staff don't speak English, or their accent was hard for us to understand. When we couldn't communicate, they seemed annoyed (90% of the staff didn't smile at us). There was an older staff member who was friendly, especially the one handling ski activity bookings. 🤬🤬 Absolutely terrible. The food was mediocre, not much variety or taste. The room was clean, and the onsen bathroom with amenities was excellent. In summary, due to poor communication and the staff's lack of enthusiasm in recommending snow activities, my trip ended in tears 😭😭. I had planned to do many snow activities, but instead, I just walked around, built snowmen, and rolled in the snow. I won't be coming back here next trip. I'll look for a hotel that's more welcoming to Thais.

Feel like home is an ancient ryokan hotel. But the inside looks clean and modern, the owner takes good care of it like a relative. There is a large public bath separate men and women. The room itself is spacious, not uncomfortable. If coming again, I will book here again. Recommended

The room is indeed a bit old, and the room amenities and cups felt a bit sticky... Being a foreigner, I couldn't really get used to Japanese cuisine. However, the hot springs are an absolute winner—superb and truly perfect, I'd even call them super perfect. I really hope such a wonderful hot spring experience can be preserved just like this.
