GGuest UserThe location is just picture perfect . Rooms are good and spacious . The hiking trail which is a private one for the resort takes you to the best views of Munnar . Don’t miss it . Only improvement is hot water supply which does comes with lot of pressure . Also my room did not had AC or fan , while it was not needed , better to ask before you book . I will highly recommend this property

GGuest UserLocation of the property excellent. Although it is in the center of the town, it is very quiet and calm. The staff is very humble and the amenities are also good. Service amazing. The food was surprisingly good.

GGuest UserProperty location is great as it is near to bus station, near to many food places also (as it does not have provide lunch and dinner). Breakfast was tasty and had 2-3 options. Amenities were good too. Services I have few things that they can improve like they did not provide tea/coffee bags in the room, they did not keep a breakfast menu near the breakfast place ( I had to ask them whether omlet is there or not), they was not contact for reception mentioned in the room. These are very small things but give a good feel. Other wise all good. Will stay again if required.

GGuest UserVery Peaceful and scenic location...Very cooperative and understandble staff...good quality of food...overall whatever required for a great vacation experience...it gives all. First of all when we were late in reaching the resort..they call us directly and help us to reach the location...that means they care of their guests... staff is really polite and helpful in every way...and a very scenic vie wof balconies with spacious rooms and washrooms.. very clean and beautiful property.. overall much worthy of thier rates.. highly recommended

GGuest UserI stayed recently, the resort is very good to stay with friends and family. The environment is too good and the property is clean. They have maintained it well. Also they provide jeep to reach their place from the main road. I recommend this for the peaceful stay away from the city hustle
