"We had a very great experience with the vibe munnar resort and spa as whenever we call the staff comes for our service specially the laundry staff and B.Dhoni . We also likes the resturant of this hotel as the staff are kind hearted and welcoming you with big smile in thier face specially Anumol, Harinakshi and Renjith as well as the foods are delicious and testy . However, we have only one compliants that whenever electricity goes off and come back again but no one come to check the rooms if we have got our electricity back till we call the recepction staff , as we had full one night till morning 7 :30 am no electricity , we don't have a problem with AC getting off with cold weather but we have my mother who is very old in age with us who goes to toilet everytime and she might fell down with lights are off . It might cause her to fall down and anything can happened to her who will be responsible for that. Therefore , my advise you is to check the lights with all rooms after the electricity will gets back ."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The room was very comfortable with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating, particularly Matthew and Jishnal in the restaurant. There is no bar at the hotel but we came prepared and bought our own beer, which the hotel refrigerated for us. The location is not in Munnar but this did not matter to us as we had a driver. We would definitely stay here again"

We had also requested a cake on arrival, and the front desk team arranged everything perfectly before we arrived. Our baby girl was so happy, which made our stay even more special. "The room was decent, remember there is no view of any hills or valley and the hotel is surrounded by buildings only. The room give an good feel but there are time limits to when we will get the hot water. Also my compliments goes to the Restaurent staff and chef, the food was 10/10 and the staff was so helpful and friendly they would do reminders calls to out room for breakfast and dinner. Over all experience amazing would definitely stay again. "

"A really nice and friendly hostel in the tea plantation town of Munnar. It is basic and the rooms small, but it is clean and the shower does have hot water. No aircon as it is not needed. Nice rooftop lounge. The half day trek up into the local hills through the plantations and beyond was superb, but not for the feint hearted. Some bits are very steep and slippery, and beware the leeches! Our guide Ganesh was wonderful and really looked after us. He told us loads of information and stories (elephant tree for example!!) A lovely ***, please ask for him if you do a trek. Highly recommended hostel for a good price. Hint: Ali Baba restaurant over the way is superb."

"I booked Hotel AC Mist through Goibibo for a family trip to Munnar. I was really disappointed with what I found. The place wasn’t really a hotel—it felt more like a dormitory inside a Christian hostel. When I arrived late in the evening, there was no one at the reception. After calling multiple times, someone finally showed up and let me in, but the room he gave us was tiny, had no fan, and definitely no air conditioning like the listing said. I had booked the room for two adults and two kids, but the room was cramped and in a dark, poorly lit part of the building, which made me worry about my kids’ safety. The overall atmosphere was really uncomfortable. When I tried contacting Goibibo’s customer care, there was no response, so I had to find another hotel last minute and pay extra. I told customer service about this, but they said there was nothing they could do because it was a non-refundable booking. That felt unfair since the place was nothing like what was promised online. I just want other travelers to know the truth before they book here."
