"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Vibe Munnar was truly exceptional! From check-in to check-out, every moment was handled with outstanding hospitality and professionalism. The entire team made us feel welcomed and ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to Saju, Renjith, Anandhu, Adhitya, and the amazing chefs for their warm hospitality, excellent service, and genuine care throughout our stay. Their dedication and attention to detail made our experience even more special. The food was absolutely excellent! We especially appreciate the chefs for preparing less spicy meals on our special request for our child. Their willingness to accommodate our needs with such care and attention made us feel truly valued. The service was prompt, the staff were always friendly and attentive, and every team member went above and beyond to make us feel at home. "Disappointing as per club Mahindra standards. Cold staff with no resolutions to issues raised. This resort from the experience lowers the bar created by club Mahindra. We are a family of 6 with 2 room. Room toilet of 1030 is stinking of foul smell since time of check in but inspite of several complaints they couldn’t resolve the same or change the room. When heater was asked for in the night we were told that they are in short supply. After a threat of sharing the same on feed back we were provided a heater (it means that the resort is not equipped with enough heaters or the staff is merely lazy to serve). Being a member this review should be taken in the right spirit to improve the facilities. Just one or two spoons in our studio apartment. No glasses in the room or bathroom. After asking staff is saying they have to check if they have. Club Mahindra management should fix responsibility on the staff and hold the resort manager responsible for such lapses in customer experiences . We are travelling from Mumbai and may not come to this place again soon for the next 10 years but being part of the club Mahindra family we need to bring the issues to the management. The only cooperative staff we found till now was Longi in housekeeping who went out of his way to provide what he could. Travelling with family of 6 with kid’s in a resort we have membership of over a decade there is a minimum hospitality standard expected. Hope after this review the management takes a review of the resort management with surprise checks to sustain the club Mahindra image ."

"Travelling: Me and my 2 teenaged children. This is the best hotel we have stayed at in India. Seriously! First of all the manager and staff are absolutely wonderful. Raji was so helpful with everything from the actual booking to making sure we where ok. And Mani with helping booking superb taxi and excursions and also so many practical things and also making sure we where ok. When my son got sick and very high fever I am so glad I was here, I felt totally safe and they truly are the most helpful and kind persons I met in India. The hotel is perfectly located, several restaurants, atm, bakery, bus station etc is nearby. It is just a short tuktuk ride to centre. It is better to stay here than close to centre wich is more noicy and here it is more beautiful and everything you need is nearby. The rooms are truly great. The whole hotel is so clean and fresh. A perfect stay in all the ways and I really recommend this Hotel. Even after we left Raji still checks in with us to see if my son got better and make sure we are OK. That is true kindness! "

"Caramel top has a clam environment though in the centre of the town. Hotel is easily accessible to all tourist spots. I would suggest this place to friends and family. Will definitely revisit."
