Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb.
Located just outside India gate.
The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special.
The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them.
I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

The Lalit is very near from airport but very far from the people who stay in it, because all you see there is partiality for the travelers, for few people they ask to wait for the breakfast but for few itâs direct entry no queue, but if you talk about rooms, theyâre spacious and has good amenities but food is way too costly to order in room.

I am writing this to highlight a distressing incident during my stay, balanced by the professional way the management eventually handled it.
On March 9th, at approximately 7:20 AM, a staff member entered my room (1010) without knocking, announcing themselves, or receiving permission. As a lady staying alone in India for the first time, I was incredibly shaken as I was just stepping out of the shower and not fully dressed. This was a significant breach of privacy and safety.
However, I must commend the management for their swift and professional response once I raised the issue. They initiated a good service recovery, sincerely apologized for the lapse, and provided a formal assurance that they are reviewing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure this never happens to another guest.
While the initial experience was very disappointing, I appreciate that the hotel took full accountability and showed they value guest safety and feedback.

Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead.
I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritikaâs birthday, and I must say â the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive.
A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance.
The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritikaâs birthday so special!

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say âwe ll call you back but that call never comesâ .

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldnât finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurantâs duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Elena KrvWe stayed for one night before a cruise.
The hotel is tired, but cozy. The windows overlooked the neighboring building, so it was quiet. We were able to sleep well after a sleepless night the night before due to the flight. There is a dental kit in the bathroom, a tea set and water in the room.
The breakfast is unusual, but you can choose something suitable.
Everything that was cheaper at the time of booking looked much sadder from the photos.
Very convenient location. We walked around all the sights, Churchgate station is nearby, from where you can get to the Dhobi Ghat laundry and the Dharavi slums.
The only thing I didn't like was that when we entered, they almost snatched our suitcases and hands from us to carry them to the room, although we resisted, and when we were taken to the room, we gave 100 rupees, the porter looked at us as if we gave him 1 rupee. We did not need his service and did not withdraw money in principle.

I stayed for 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. The first floor was a club, and the music was echoing with a lot of explosions from around 20:00 to around 26:00. Recommended for club lovers.
It is good because it is close to India gate and each tourist attraction, but it is painful in the lack of sleep.
The window in the room is not key. Easy to intrude.
The bathroom is so water pressure in the shower, the window is not completely closed, and there is no net door and the insect is easy to enter.
No toilet paper. No toothbrush. There is body soap and shampoo. No conditioner.
Breakfast is not rich in variety, but not bad.
The breakfast venue is quite difficult to understand.
The breakfast venue staff is blunt, but it is effective and kind.
In the morning, there was a newspaper at the entrance of the room.
The hotel corridor and stairs are relatively clean.
There is a PC work desk, but the chair is high.
