One of the best hostels I've stayed at in Asia! Super clean, great location right next to the night market. Despite that, you can't hear any noise from the rooms. There's a water dispenser and even free food available. Optional breakfast for 15k IDR, consisting of sliced bread, jam, peanut butter, butter, fruit, and tea/coffee/chocolate. The owners are very kind and helpful! The bed is very comfortable and spacious, with a large locker. The air conditioning works perfectly. There's also a laundry service for 25k IDR with a washing machine available and detergent included. Nice terrace with an indoor room featuring a TV and a sofa. I can't find any flaws with this hostel.

The facilities were also well-kept and added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the quality of the service. The staff consistently made an effort to ensure that everything was taken care of, and their warm attitude really made a difference. Overall, I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and pleasant place to stay.

The hotel is great experience, welcome drinks are good the are excellent, but if you order food from online you have to pick up in the outside, they didn't allowed

A Warm Welcome That Feels Like Home Santika Malang From the moment I arrived Santika Malang set the tone for an exceptional stay The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and immediately offered a complimentary traditional Javanese herbal drink a thoughtful local touch that was both refreshing and welcoming They were also quick to assist with my luggage and guide me to my room without me even having to ask Throughout my stay I found myself spending quite a bit of time at the hotel café The bartender was friendly and attentive and the relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a late night coffee and some light bites something I genuinely looked forward to each evening One of the highlights The hotel offers free bicycle loans which is a fantastic perk I explored the city on two wheels and it made the whole experience so much more personal and fun The location is also incredibly convenient Right next door you will find a 24 hour Indomaret and Alfamart for any daily essentials and the surrounding area is full of great local eateries I highly recommend the Sop Soto Betawi at the stall just in front of the hotel authentic delicious and very affordable Overall Santika Malang delivers on every front warm hospitality great facilities and a prime location I will absolutely be returning Highly recommended

The hotel is pretty good, offering excellent value for money with great service. While I wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast, it's acceptable for the price. I also tried dinner, which was decent value, so it's a good option if you don't feel like going out. Plus, there's a large supermarket and a shopping area not too far away, which is a nice bonus.

The location is actually top notch, located close to the city Centre and easy to reach all the most famous destination. The cleanliness is the best by far, I was ordering 2 times to get new towels and they prepared it well. On top of that, I was asking to change the cover of the bed and they did it at their best. The only minor in my opinion, but to me is bothering my last stay at the hotel. On the last day, I was getting breakfast as usual, ordering 2 sunny side up (half cook). I knew it was on Saturday morning and more busy compare the normal days. The cook was quite new I believe, he looked overwhelm with all the orders and suddenly he said that he ran out of the gas. Boom…all the cooking was off, all the staffs looked busy to get a new gas tube. It was around 15 minutes I guess until I came to the egg station again and asked to the same order. The cook was saying okay I will prepare it first then I would be sending to your table. No I said, I will be waiting here because the last time I ordered it he just said yes while other guests was also ordering the same thing. He was even not typing at all then how could he be remembering whose ordering the eggs. All and all, it was still a great experience and ambience to stay at this hotel. I would definitely be staying back in the next visit.

This hotel is strategically located along the main road. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby. In terms of rooms, we are happy to book a room. We get 2 big beds and in one room, four adults can sleep comfortably. Toilet is divided into shower cubicle, sink and vanity mirror and toilet bowl. My comment is that shower cubicle is only half closed and it's missing proper glass door. Therefore, shower water spills into the sink and mirror section. When it's wet, the tile is quite slippery. So, walk carefully. Two breakfast coupons worth IDR50,000.00 each are given for each room. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room or you can dine at the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel. We were informed that the restaurant is under the same management as the hotel. The food is good. We ordered bubur ayam a few times as it is good. Nasi goreng Jawa is very delicious. There are chicken slices and cabbage slices. It's well cooked and the portion is generous. What is interesting about this hotel? It has a rooftop restaurant and you can take pictures of Malang city from up there.

the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. the staff so kind and helpful. its near with train station and city center. i will definetely back to this hotel if i come to malang again! thankss, i had such a great time here

The hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station. The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.

Large room and bathroom. Outside seating area. Kettle provided but no fridge. Plenty of storage space. Good aircon. Slow WiFi. The hotel is dated but overall very good. Good location, close to station and main parts of town. Wonderful staff, very helpful. The soundproofing is not great and there are no blackout curtains so the room gets very bright, very early.
