Guest UserReally nice hotel but a party was held downstairs that went on until 2am then spilled outside until 4am. Very poor sleep as a result and no response from hotel when contacted regarding. The hotel is part of the AFC Fylde football club who had just been promoted the day of my stay and were celebrating. Understandable BUT the hotel should have been closed to regular guests under the circumstances and the lack of response to the issue is exceptionally poor. Cannot recommend as a result.

There is work ongoing which means there is no restaurant. It is very loud expecially with the work starting at 8am. The staff are really lovely. Although the heating did not work in my room, they were able to offer me a new room.
