"Really nice hotel but a party was held downstairs that went on until 2am then spilled outside until 4am. Very poor sleep as a result and no response from hotel when contacted regarding. The hotel is part of the AFC Fylde football club who had just been promoted the day of my stay and were celebrating. Understandable BUT the hotel should have been closed to regular guests under the circumstances and the lack of response to the issue is exceptionally poor. Cannot recommend as a result."

"I usually never right reviews but on this occasion I feel I absolutely had to express the frustration I had with my stay. I had booked this hotel for me and my family 5 months prior to the stay sine it was for my brothers graduation we were all hoping the room would be ready on our arrival. We were given our room and when we entered it was in a shocking state and I have never been so upset with the state of a room there was liquid all over the bed , it smelt like cigarettes, there was sugar all over the table, used coffee cups, used contacts lenses and all the sheets were used and not cleaned. After seeing this I went reception to express my concern, for them to tell me that the room had been cleaned which it obviously had not been we were located to a different room instead and it was a hassle due to having to move all of our luggage. After proceeding to move to our new room we were again shocked to see spilt coffee stains on the floor which I had stepped on with my bare feet and there was a patch of sticky goo on the floor next to my bed. We needed to go to a meal that night so we left and spoke to the receptionist later that evening their solution was to move us yet again which was frustrating since it was so late in the evening. I didn't want to move again and explained that I just wanted it to be cleaned and that I would even do it myself if they gave me some supplies however their response was they would get someone to do it the next day. The next day we were out all day expecting to come back to a clean room as promised and yet again frustratingly they had lied to us and we came back to another dirty room the floor wasn't cleaned and towels weren't cleaned. I had to go to reception myself to get clean towels for myself even though I had the hanger on the door requesting a room top up and clean. I would like to mention that free breakfast was offered to me and my family however even though this was a nice gesture when staying in a hotel i expect my room to be clean upon arrival and not have to chase for a cleaner and I think that is a bare minimum that unfortunately this hotel could not meet. This was my first and last time staying In a travalodge as this experience was the worst."

"Booked for one night & due to circumstances ended up checking in on 3 consecutive nights. As a lady solo traveller I felt so safe and completely at ease here. Unfortunately as it wasn’t a planned trip I didn’t have swimming costume with me to make use of their facilities. Parking is lovely & close to hotel. Whole hotel spotless & beds comfiest I’ve ever slept in while travelling. Breakfast, loads of choice & although buffet style all very fresh. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Super the bar served fresh food until late as I was later checking in on all nights. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happily recommend to other travellers 😊"

"I visit Premier Inn East on several occasions and every stay has been a first class service by every member of the team. On arrival the reception staff are welcoming, efficient and give me all the information I required. The rooms are always well equipped, especially now they have the brand new Premier Plus rooms, the rooms either Standard or Premier Plus are always extremely clean and well laid out. The beds are very comfy with big bathrooms, spotless, drench shower, very nice. Free Wi-Fi also available. The staff are exceptional, the level of service is that fine mix of professional and personal that makes the difference. The brand new refurbished bar and restaurant are great the food cooked is excellent and again the level of professionalism and personal service is wonderful. It was with great delight that I found this hotel to be so good for my work. I feel I don't wish to recommend this hotel top highly as it could become busier and my regular bookings become more difficult … but I feel I must give this hotel and its staff the praise it deserves. I would recommend the Premier Inn East highly to anyone, every credit to the staff Dasha, Jane, Kelly & Tunde (apologies if I missed anyone out, you all deserve a mention) you're all a credit to the Premier Inn group. Thanks guys, Nick. Usually room 64 (standard room), but now Premier Plus Room are going to be my usual 😊"
