GGuest UserFirst, the hotel picked me up at the ferry dock by their own boat, which really helped me relax after a tiring journey. When I arrived, everything felt very new furniture and very big room—especially the bathroom—and the whole place was very clean. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it was, so I could sleep very well. The owner is also very kind and helped arrange the trips I wanted to go on. I originally booked for just 2–3 nights, but ended up staying for a full 7 days.

YYanglaodaKAfter my luggage was lost, the staff at the Old Cataract Hotel went above and beyond to help me find it. On the first night, without my suitcase, they even provided many daily necessities (double sets of t-shirts, socks, spray, and other essentials). I was truly touched. The hotel manager who greeted us told us he loves Chinese people, and he didn't just say it; he proved it with his actions! ^_^ It truly lives up to its century-old reputation; it's so impressive. It's not just the beautiful scenery but also the hotel's culture. Every staff member's smiling service and simple Chinese greetings made me feel completely at home! This trip to Egypt, I met many wonderful people, but also some terrible scammers. I also experienced EgyptAir's 100% flight delays and frequently lost passenger luggage... A fall into the pit, a gain in your wit. Next time, I'll know better what to look out for.

GGuest UserWe came here for a family trip. From airport drop-off to arrival, everything was seamless and comfortable. The service and cleanliness were top-notch, making us want to stay longer. The Nubian Museum was close enough to walk. It's located in the middle of town, so the road was a bit rough, but other than that, everything was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

KKapoerdaierA friend of mine went to Nubian with a tour group before and felt that it was not fun and the conditions were primitive, but the experience of traveling independently is completely different. It is like drinking water for a pony crossing the river. We all have the experience of staying in luxury hotels. This time, I mustered up the courage to travel instead of vacation, hoping to experience the local customs and customs to a certain extent, and to see the world from a different perspective... My phone fell, and the Tuktuk guy immediately took it back to find it. The kind Nubian girl reminded me in time to prevent me from losing my passport. The phone fell at the counter at the airport and was promptly informed by the kind ground staff... Basam of the hotel helped us arrange a chartered boat from the east bank of the Nile to the hotel directly after going down the river for dozens of minutes. I watched the moon and stars on the top of the boat, and drifted on the quiet Nile River under the moonlight. These are special experiences that are not available on XHS... There is also Nubian dance in the hotel at night! The breakfast is also rich and the scenery is beautiful! Breakfast on the Nile!

GGuest UserOkay, so the Basma Executive Club was really lovely. The service was genuinely great – everyone was so helpful and friendly, which made a big difference. The facilities were also top-notch. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool with its amazing view of the Nile, and the executive lounge was a nice perk. My room was comfortable and had a fantastic view too. Overall, it was a really pleasant and enjoyable stay in Aswan.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right by the Nile River. There is a large area full of his homes. It is a bit like a more distinctive homestay. It is in Nubian style, and there are many distinctive decorations in the room. The hotel is located in the suburbs, and the surrounding area is deserted and remote, so it is also very quiet. The hotel we booked to pick us up from Cairo to Aswan was charged $55. It took about 40 minutes to drive. I felt cheated. In fact, you can call a taxi directly from the airport. It is not as chaotic as it is said on the Internet. The breakfast in the hotel is not bad. The fried egg is very delicious. There is a waiter who is Nubian. He is very nice to me. He will take the initiative to help me carry things and remind me to pay attention to the steps. It is the most sincere and friendly service I feel in my trip to Egypt. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name. When I left, I wanted to find him to tip but couldn't find him.

GGuest UserBenben is a beautiful place and the service is top notch. Why the 3 stars? Our room jacuzzi was way too hot to enter. On the first day they send someone over who added cold water so we could enjoy it. Then on the second day as we are coming back from our day trip and want to relax, we find out our jacuzzi is again way too hot. It’s not fun to wait for them to fix this issue when we want to go in right now and not in an hour or so. Also as a 5 stars hotel, the hot water kept running out in our shower after 15 minutes which is quite crazy. It shouldn’t be like this. Or else we loved everything. The food is really good, and as I said the staff/service is amazing.

Hot shower and the best view but 100% of the credit for our amazing time goes, to helma the manager and his staff especially khalid who was there for everything we needed , Helmy went above and beyond driving us to the sights for less than.a taxi , but the most amazing was. The Nile under our Balcony full of. GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a bustling area of Aswan, a great location right next to a market. The downside is that it can be quite noisy at night, though not to the point of keeping me awake. The hotel is generally clean. The rooms have welcome fruit. The water pressure is strong, but the water temperature is difficult to adjust. However, for this price, it's excellent. If you're going to the Abu Simbel hotel in the morning, they provide a breakfast box.
